If would give this lady negative stars if I could. She handled the accounts to the company I worked…read moreat. After leaving the company I paid $578 which was offered to extend my insurance for 1 month. The issue is she never paid the insurer with the check I wrote her. Additionally It's been weeks of no response to emails, or her actually being in her office. I showed up at 10:30 on Tuesday to ask why and she tried to tell me she never received my emails. Upon a cursory look oh hey she did! I also have been asking to roll over my 401k for the last three weeks and she again does not respond and had tried to tell me I need to take a personal check from the retirement company. The fact is I didn't ask for her services and her lack of communication and follow through leave me in a vulnerable position with bill collectors circling when they were supposed to be paid. Along with that she's the plan administrator so I have to try and deal with her to roll over my 401k. She doesn't pay the company bills, she doesn't return calls and I've had to resort to going and finding her to do her job. Absolutely atrocious that someone who calls themselves a CPA would conduct business like this.

She helped us immediately (she stuck something in the mail) when we first came to her, and we appreciated her time, but after leaving close to a dozen phone messages, two emails, and a physical visit requesting an update on the status of our tax return...we did not have one response from her. Nothing. This way of doing business and the simple lack of courtesy to return a call was unacceptable to us, and we moved our business elsewhere. I suggest the same to anybody looking for timely tax help.
