At the end of the inspection, he took the time to go over everything he inspected, explaining what needed minor repairs and what should be updated to better protect and safeguard my mother's property. Kevin also let me know that he would be sending detailed documents with all the photos he took during the inspection, which was very reassuring and helpful. Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. At the time they also wanted to do my furnace I told them no which my furnace was still good for another couple years and then they came back changed a part on it saving me a little money but the. The value here I do think is better than other places but I wish they would work on the upsell a little bit because times are tough and we don't need that but I do trust this company for things I do need.

The staff members were super friendly and clearly had a background in good customer service. The ladies were so helpful and patient, while we selected what we wanted. They also made suggestions. Measuring cubic yards is not the easiest thing to do (at least for me), so I was a little concerned I might have ordered too much. The staff explained we could pickup the material in phases, and anything we did not need would be refunded to our credit card on file. Well, my measurements were slightly over what we needed, and the refund process over the phone was seamless. I highly recommend O.F. Wolfinbarger for any building or landscape material needs.
