It was a long story and entirely my fault. While the front desk girl was nice and polite the stylist gave me the stink face the entire time. Would not crack a smile once, and the vibes eminating off of her were hostile at best. I understand she was disappointed to lose a slot on a Saturday but she should not be sitting near the front desk if she can't control her face. After a horrible week I decided to eat the charge because the thought of having her near my hair was enough to make me never want to go back.

I did a lot of research before getting my hair done. I asked many hairstylists if I should get full or partial. For my first time, they recommended getting a partial. I am delighted with how my hair turned out. I will be getting a full balayage in a couple of months (I want to grow my hair and take care of it before bleaching it). The salon is clean, and the service is outstanding. They use Redken products, and I am pretty comfortable with it. I paid in full for the service. The salon I went to was huge and lots of assistants had their hands on my head/applying chemicals etc. at this salon it is 2 sisters and they are METICULOUS. These girls understand the chemistry of hair color and the biology of good hair. Not to mention very artistic with color application. My last dye job was so bad the color was running in the bowl. These girls undid the damage so beautifully. Went layer by layer and adjusted the color as necessary. Got rid of the orange and put in a nice auburn. I'm not sure how to add before and after photos but they have them. These sisters know what they are doing and they have earned my business for life. PS Nina showed me how uneven my previous cut was, which I had not noticed before. Because the old stylist had flipped the ends when blow drying it, I could not really see the layers. Nina however, with a few snips gave me an incredible haircut. Small change just evened out one layer, which had just been cut at the old salon. but the whole head of hair lay much much better afterwards. Watching them work was impressive.
