The woman that took my order for a roll-off was beyond helpful and pleasant. Scheduled the dumpster to be delivered on a day that ended up being a snowstorm. Driver was beyond pleasant and did end up delivering the dumpster when requested after many tries to get up our challenging driveway. Beyond happy with the service and the price. I want to say that this is by far the worst company you could ever use for your dumpster needs. They will leave a bin for 4-8 weeks past when you request it be picked up. They will blame everyone but themselves for the issue. "It's the truck," "this is broken down." Bottom like here is how they will leave a property. read more

Very rude today 9/3/19 I called to say we got a bill for 90.00 after the dumpster sat here at our house for over 2 months they would not come get it cause they had no one to do it, then after preceding to tell me they had to hire a tow truck driver to come get it , I told her that's not our problem and she hung up on me ...that is not a way to run a business NEVER AGAN use them. read more

Nate the owner is super nice. Janet in the office... NOT SO MUCH. Very rude, develops an attitude, hangs up on you when your trying to have an adult conversation. I called her back to finish the conversation and she won't answer the phone. Its too bad for Nate because he could have a good business (and he's just starting out), unfortunatly, his office staff is giving him a bad name. read more
