My daughter saved her own money for a car I went here and bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. By the time we got the car home it was smoking from under the hood and had no antifreeze in the car. So we put some in. She drove it for two weeks and she was on her way to school one morning and called scared because there was so much smoke coming from the car. Took it to get it looked at the shop said it has a warped head gasket and oil leaks. So when I bought the car Blair put a warranty with the price of the car. So the shop called and asked if this was covered and they said no that it wouldn't be coved because we ran the car hot and that's is NOT TRUE. Also when Blair did the mileage for the warranty he put down the wrong miles and now it says that we drove the car 800 miles I just bought the car on March 14, 2025. She didn't even have time to put that many miles on the car. I called Blair and talked to him and said there is nothing he can do but call the warranty and he did and said that I should call them too because it takes a few calls. This has been the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. And now my daughter is stuck with a car that she cant dive and out of $5,000.00... So PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....

Two weeks after signing all the paperwork and driving away with the car, I am informed by the warranty company that there is an issue with the warranty paperwork, it just so happens to be the same day that the power steering pump failed (and would have been covered, along with any of its components). When I call, I find out that the warranty I signed for is no longer in effect and will no longer cover the issue. I ask if they can work with me, due to the fact that I bought this car, as opposed to buying from a private seller because of the fact that the warranty, though limited, provides some peace of mind and protection. In response, I'm told to get a diagnosis. I go directly to a dealer of the same brand of car, pay for a diagnosis, and get a quote, proving what was wrong was covered, and estimating what a repair would cost. Once I give the quote to Advantage, I'm underwhelmed with a consolation prize of about 1/3 compensation of the estimated cost to fix--an amount that doesn't even cover the diagnosis fee and aftermarket parts purchased by me with no labor coverage, meaning I would have to do the job myself. The whole process took a back-and-forth of about 2 months. I took what little I felt I could get without much more time wasted, more headaches, and possible litigation. Suffice it to say, I would not work with them again, but the life lesson here is not to trust people, especially strangers who run a business and are in it to make a profit.

The vehicle was towed by Ford of Uniontown on Oct17, 2021. It was in their shop for 2 months before they even diagnosed the problem. It has now been in the shop for over 7 months, 210 days and still no resolution. I operate a small farm and the truck is essential to my business. The dealership is aware of that and yet they will not provide me with any type of loaner while mine is down for repair. The dealership makes no effort to keep me informed nor do they offer any possible solutions. I am making payments on a truck that sits in the dealership parking lot. The truck has been in the shop for almost 1/3 of the time that I have owned it. FYI - the dealership is too small to have any clout with Ford. Buy your next vehicle at a dealership that can back the product even when Ford will not.

You should expect some issues, however, if you take your time, do your research, ask questions, LBSI is a great place for an affordable, good running vehicle. They answered my questions to the best of their knowledge. The expectation of getting a "cheap" car that runs like it just came off the factory floor is very unrealistic. Do your research. Ask Questions. LBSI is a very transparent business. Their vehicles are setting out, with prices CLEARLY marked on them. They let you know up front what they can and can't do.
