B&B auto is less than a block away so I asked if they could bring it across the road and change the pump for me. They charged 40 dollars to carry the car about 200 feet to their shop and told me they would call on monday with the price for the pump. I received a call late Tuesday and was quoted 697.00 to change the pump, when I inquired about the price I was told that he would only do the job if I changed the entire fuel delivery system (350)as opposed to the pump only (65). The car has been garage kept and has no rust anywhere and less than 70,000 miles, The only reason to change the whole system is to make it easier on the mechanic. When i refused to pay for that much unnecessary parts and unwarranted labor charges (job only takes 20 min with the right tools) I was told to have my car out of his parking lot by 5, it was already 2:30. Left with no choice I had to pay them an additional 65 dollars to tow it 4 miles to my house. I should have just pushed it......

It has holes in the emissions line, and the computer led lights had connection issues. The first day that I brought the car home the check engine light went off immediately. That was my first cause for concern. Then upon taking it to the dealership yes this all would've been covered under warranty however I'm not paying $46,000-18% APR rate for a car that has problems. Two weeks after I had the car, I was told that the deal wasn't ever even pushed through all the way. And that they needed a phone number from me for the bank to finalize the deal, and if I didn't provide that number to bring the car back...Well, I told them that they sold me a crappy car and Id do as they wish and return it.... Now they're keeping $500 of the $2000 that I put down as if I rented the car. I didn't rent a car from you people. I attempted to buy a car that you couldn't get sold all the way.
