My first ever visit with Dr.D was over 3 years ago when I was staying at my husband's parents…read morehouse. I had an awful sore throat that I couldn't ignore and the office was literally right down the block. He saw me that day and he continues to be a very serious, professional, yet laid back family doctor. I definitely recommend him if you live in the area. He accepts many different types of insurance, but call his office if you're unsure.

Was forced to go to emergency room on Thursday for rib contusion that I had been treating at home…read morefor 2 weeks. I was in excruciating pain and needed to be wheeled into the ER. They took xrays at the ER found nothing. Told me to follow up with PCP which was Dr. Degadillo. I had a 9 am appointment wasnt seen until 11 am. He came in the room and as my wife as my witness, for 37 seconds he said, it looks like a muscle is out of wack we'll take an xray and left the room. He literally had food stains on his clothes and looked as though he just climbed out of bed.I had still been in number 8 PAIN! And a REAL hospital had already taken an xray. His nurse told me oh well we couldn't get those. So she said we'll do a CT scan and blood work. What about the pain I asked because I had just taken the last pain pill from the ER. He gave me a "prescription" for magnesium oxide. Went down to the pharmacists they laughed and said this was OTC. Went back up to talk to the doctor and his nurse said that he didn't want to mix narcotics. A patient in this doctors "care" cant mix anything if I took the last of the medicine that day. They politely said sorry but Dr Delgadillo said you would have to go back to the prescribing doctor for pain meds. Again still in excruciating pain thats what we did. Back to the ER we went with my wife and two toddler sons in tow they immediately ordered breathing treatment, MORPHINE for the pain and set up for CT scan. Even the doctor at the ER was astonished and asked for his name. I literally wouldnt take a dying dog to this man. Molina health group and Vista Community Clinic should be aware of the level of care this "doctor" is not capable of.
