Dr. Ang & his team make it (almost) "fun" to go to the dentist. I found him when I was told (by…read moremy former dentist) that my "Dry Mouth" was ruining some of my crowns. And the underlying teeth were badly diseased. So I decided to get Implants. I found Dr. Ang after being shocked by the enormous cost estimate from my former dentist's alliance partner. Upon meeting Dr. Ang, and selecting him for my Implants, my initial impressions were correct: - Dr. Ang is a brilliant &n highly-skilled professional, with a friendly & caring manner - He has assembled an excellent team that shares his values - The best dental technology has been added to his Practice - Their scheduling & reminder software is great - Dr. Ang & his team did an excellent job installing several implants & crowns - His cost for these innovative procedures were much less than the other dentist, - Dr. Ang has often reached out to me via phone, and is always available in an emergency But a 5-star rating cannot be given, because of my disappointment that his Practice doesn't offer Nitrous gas for some procedures.. Perhaps I've been spoiled by my former dentist, but his use of Nitrous made many unpleasant procedures more comfortable to tolerate.than simply a Novocaine injection.

Please stay away from this Dentist. He employed unqualified assistants (at the time of my…read moretreatment) to do what a dentist should be doing. His large hands and fingers render him unable to perform work easily, hence rushing and resulting in placing implant posts crooked and slanted. He rushes to drill the bone and ended rupturing the bone and saying comeback in 6 month. I would think carefully before subjecting children for treatment at this practice. Office visit for dental cleaning is okay but do not listen to him selling you treatment options. Do not trust his advertisements. Good luck!

Insurance fraud - thief. Actual rating is negative 100. NH Attorney general needs to get…read moreinvolved and shut this place down. They will max your insurance with unneeded procedures and most are only covered 50% so your on the hook. My regular dentist didn't take my new insurance so my daughter and I went here. My teeth are fine and just needed xrays and regular cleaning. After the xrays they said "We can't do regular cleaning you need scaling and root planeing, irrigation, etc." A few appointments and couple hundred $ later they say come back in 3 months so we can do more perio stuff... I said no I'm done with that. I waited 6 months to go back for a regular cleaning. They won't do it they wanted another $200+ to do more unneeded stuff and would not provide a basic cleaning. I had to walk out before I throttled someone. That's not the worst part! My 21 YO daughter has great teeth and has gone to our family dentist every 6 months since she was 2, went in for xrays and cleaning. She has never had a cavity and was just seen by our dentist 6 months prior with no issues. Aspen did 360 Xray (Unnecessary) and took pictures of all her teeth which she said was painful and burned her mouth (also unnecessary). After that, all of a sudden she has gingivitis and 5 cavities!!!!!!!! Their treatment plan was for deep cleaning, irrigation and 5 fillings over 4 different appointments and costing $600+ (after insurance). We refused treatment. I was so skeptical we had her records transferred back to our dentist for a second opinion. This was an issue unto itself! We had to make multiple requests (they supposedly lost paperwork on first request) and both me and her mother had to call and insist that they send it before they actually did the transfer 2-3 months after the initial request. Then they sent low resolution xrays, I can only assume on purpose. Anyway I paid cash for her cleaning at our dentist and she had NO CAVITIES in any teeth including the teeth indicated on her treatment plan! Two teeth need to be watched but were not cavities as of yet and he already knew about those. THIS PLACE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO DRILL INTO AT LEAST 3 (REALLY 5) HEALTHY TEETH IN A 21 YEAR OLD WHO HAS NEVER HAD A CAVITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got screwed too but as a parent this is absolutely unbelievable and infuriating! I can only believe they saw a 21 year old girl (ringer) who they could run their insurance scam on and wouldn't know the difference... Teach your kids to get second opinions don't just trust people in authority, because thief's come in dentist cloths too....

They were kind and so great with him (he's 6). I will definitely be back for future cleanings and set up my husband and myself. Very friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated. The only downside...they are not in my network, the only thing it meant for me was having to place the claim with my insurance after. So you definitely have to do your due diligence and call ahead. Find out the codes and check with your insurance company if you have anything out-of-pocket.

This was the best when Dr. O and the original Dr.'s were there. Now it's a revolving door of…read moredentists and if you get one you really like they are gone 6 months later. Their main goal now seems to be to upsell other treatments. The final straw for me was them putting in shorter and smaller crowns on one side of my mouth. The first two I was told that was what they were doing when they put the permanent crowns in, not before. I stupidly did not question it and it wasn't a problem because I had a large molar keeping my bite even on that side. Then, that molar needed a crown. I don't know what happened to the impression they took but the crown was nothing like the tooth it replaced. When I complained about it the dentist was visibly annoyed and told me it didn't matter what shape the tooth was because it only needed to mash food. He said they could re make it but it would be the same. So, I allowed them to cement it in place hoping I would get used to it. Then I noticed my bite was off. At one of my first visits Dr. O managed to make a crown for a tooth that was nearly gone and told me not to put too much pressure on it. At the next visit I had to have them grind down the teeth on that side of my mouth to make my bite a little more even and I mentioned the situation with that crown. And last week my delicate crown snapped off at the gum line while I was eating. It may have happened at some point anyway but the uneven bite surely did not help the situation I don't think I would let them put another crown in my mouth ever. Going to a smaller family owned dentist now. On a positive note the hygienists' are all very nice.
