I was looking for gloves that I could use for outdoor photo sessions in the winter (the ones with the special rubber pads on the finger tips to help grip things) and the sales guy knew exactly what I wanted, helped me get the right size and took as much time with me as with the customer before me who was buying a kayak. I also needed warm boots and the clerk in that department asked lots of questions to understand my needs, then made several recommendations. He found my size, helped me choose the right socks - and even told me about special discounts that were not advertised. When I approached the cash the pay for everything, the HUGE pre-Christmas lineup almost made me put everything back... But I was VERY impressed at how quickly I moved through the line. It's nice to shop at a store that actually staffs the check-out counter with plenty of people so customers don't have to wait to pay. Great experience and would definitely recommend that you shop here for all your sportswear needs!

It was pretty straight forward to pick it up. I just needed to show them the email showing that the package was ready to be picked up. Since I didn't have access to a printer, I went into the store with my cellphone, lined up at the cash register aisle, and showed the email on my cellphone once I was in the front of the line. The cashier found my package almost immediately and gave it to me after I showed my ID. Unfortunately after I got home, a few days later, I tried the jogging shoes for the first time as I was planning on jogging outside the following morning and even though the shoes were the correct numerical size, the width was on the tight side for me (and I was trying them without sox at the time). With sox, I felt that it would be too tight. I went to the store and was close to the deadline for refunds (15 days) and since at the time, merchants were forced to close on Sunday due to Covid-19, I wouldn't know how this would work. There was a 30 day exchange policy but I didn't know how this would work since this store didn't carry the jogging shoes that I ordered. I arrived at the store with the receipt, shoes, box, opened plastic mailer bag, etc. and lined up behind the cash register aisle. When I got to the front, they promptly gave me a refund. I was asked to scan my credit card that I used online and the refund was registered immediately. Since I still needed a pair of jogging shoes, I went inside the store and decided to see what type of jogging shoes they had but none of them matched what I was looking for.

Probably the best independent full-service kayak shop left in Montreal. Great selection of sea…read morekayaks and whitewater boats, from beginner-priced to high-end stuff. They're constantly refining the product mix and adding/dropping lines, so you're sure of up-to-date merchandise any given year. They also carry a couple of very serious brands of paddles, which is nice because most stores that sell high-performance kayaks tend to stock mid-grade paddles at best. Small but well-chosen inventory of life-jackets, skirts, kayak carts, and safety accessories rounds out their kayak offerings. Courteous, knowledgeable, bilingual staff who are all practitioners, ease of road access and parking, and modern business hours combine with the lines they carry to make these guys my go-to kayak outfitters. No question is too dumb for this bunch- you get an answer, not a snicker. Didn't buy my boat from them, but a buttload of my accessories came from there, and will probably continue to.

The store is in a great location and is easy to access off Highway 40. There's ample parking - I've never seen the lot full. It's also quick to pull around the back of the building to the store's garage at the back of the building. The staff were very knowledgeable and got us fixed up pretty quickly. They gave us a extra set of keys so that we had 4 in total. While I haven't had any issues with my rack yet, I hope that they will be helpful if I do *knock on wood* CREDIT CARDS: They do not take American Express.
