When we arrived, we were greeted by Hannah, who was very kind and welcoming. She had us fill out intake forms focused on our skin goals, skin type, and any allergies, which I really appreciated because it felt personalized right from the start. Shortly after, I was taken back by Angelina, who did my HydraFacial, and she was AMAZING. As soon as I laid down, she let me know the bed was heated and that it could be adjusted if needed -- I actually had it turned up, which made the experience even more relaxing right from the beginning. Angelina explained everything she was doing throughout the facial and answered all of my questions. She tailored the treatment to my skin needs, using products for dry skin, performed extractions, used a salicylic acid mask for acne, steamed my face, used a skin scrubber, and incorporated hot towels during the facial, which felt so nice. She also asked at the beginning if I was comfortable with a neck and shoulder massage, which was a really nice touch to the HydraFacial and not something I was expecting, but it made the experience even better. Toward the end of the facial, we did blue and red LED light therapy, and Angelina explained what each one was for -- the blue light helps target acne-causing bacteria, while the red light helps calm the skin and support healing and collagen, which felt like the perfect way to finish the treatment. After the facial, my skin felt so clean, refreshed, and dewy, and I could immediately see and feel the difference. At the end, we had a free consultation with Hannah, where she went over package options or the choice to just check out. There was no pressure at all. We didn't purchase a package this time, but it was really nice knowing our options, especially since they offer back facials, which I'll definitely be coming back for. Overall, the experience was calming, relaxing, and very well done. The space is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the service was excellent. She said yes. the service ended at 12:10pm, and i had to call the school. ( they had to find a babysitter to watch my son, he's only 4. Im glad they hasnt charged me.) 2). The service room was a mess there. 2-3 beds jammed into 1 room. And things were everywhere. 3). No changing room (no privacy) ( she even came into the service room while i was changing). I hope she can figure out how to manage her time better next time.
