I have recently moved into a brand new home and would like to purchase some new decorative items as well as a new chandelier for my my foyer. I entered the store and knew immediately that I would find several things that I would love. I stopped to look at a display near the entrance where an employee was unpacking some merchandise. She did not acknowledge me nor did any of the employees working there. I was in the store for about half an hour and found a few items that I would have purchased (and mind you, their items are NOT inexpensive) but since no one approached me or offered me help as I was struggling to find the price on a chandelier I thought would look awesome in my house, I couldn't bring myself to ask for assistance because they clearly didn't need my business. In fact, a gentleman who works there (which I found out was a designer named Frank by visiting their web-site) was standing about 3 ft from me and told the 2 girls at the counter that "Sometimes I can't stand people." Well, that sealed the deal for me. As a manager of a large bank in the area who focuses on excellent customer service, I can surely understand feeling this way at times, but expressing it front of a customer (a customer who wants to buy something REALLY bad) is just unacceptable. I was so disappointed because there were a few items I really wanted to purchase but I just couldn't do it based on the fact that no one ever even spoke to me the whole time I was there. So in summary, Coventry Lighting has many beautiful items for your home and some of the most unique lighting I've seen around but the service is atrocious.

The prior unit was about twenty years old. New unit installed and it is a pleasure to have our convenient remote ability back online. While at our residence they cleaned and checked the bulbs. As many of the bulbs needs replaced Edison recommended upgrading to LED bulbs. They are energy efficient, brighter, and carry a six year replacement warranty. It may seem expensive initially at$29/ bulb but once on we are beyond satisfied with the upgrade. It is a pleasure to recommend Edison lighting .
