When I decided to get an attorney, the one thing I knew was that I didn't want to be just another client at a mega injury firm you see on television. It was my belief that a smaller firm with a dedicated staff would be the David I needed to go up against Goliath. Meeting with Doug Landau and his team and asking them to represent me was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Doug knows the intricacies of WC and injury law, he knew how difficult the numerous procedures and surgeries were for me, both physically and mentally, and often, he knew exactly when to simply listen. Doug has a rare gift to read people, situations, and adversaries. His professionalism, humanity, and focus carries over to his amazing team of legal professionals. I was a human being to them and no question I asked was too small or too dumb. During what is often the worst time in someone's life, Doug Landau and his colleagues are the people you want in your corner. I can promise you one thing...you'll never regret having Abrams Landau fighting to help make your life as whole as possible; they make your struggle theirs. I will always have the utmost respect for Doug and each and every person in his office.

A BIG thank you for always taking the time to assist with all my questions and concerns. (Even during my frustrating moments) Jennifer was able to negotiated my medical care/bills, she kept track of all my medical care and bill statement. Provided wonderful referrals inwhich I received great care. My direct attorney who handles my case was Ronald Katz. When I was unable to get in contact with Ms. Clark, Ron made sure I knew he was available any time via phone or email. One of them was always available to answer questions or concerns. Ron provided a quick response and was persistent to reach insurance companies. We had some issues receiving response from the insurance company and Ron made sure to keep me updated every attempt he made. Ron looked out for my case and made sure I was receiving the best offer. Ron was clear every step of the way making sure I understood the next step if I was unhappy with my offer. When an attorney from another firm tells you how exceptional Clint Allgair is, you are impressed with your choice of representation. BUT, when you are leaving a Workers' Comp hearing, and a prominent Baltimore city attorney pulls you to the side to tell you how smart and keen your Lawyer was in there: Referring to Jessica Bhagan... Our cases began in 2014 and the settlement came in 2019. The plaintiffs have yet to be paid their settlement. You will NEVER receive a call back. I signed on with Mr. Inman fully aware that his fee was limited by law, and would be minimal considering the numerous high-fee cases among his other clients. Thus, I expected little attention on his part while he naturally devoted more time and effort to high-fee clients. Surprise. Mr. Inman resolved my case on a fast timeline, was amazingly responsive to my phone calls and emails -- even on weekends and holidays. In addition, he won a significant financial settlement for me. In any legal action, you will find yourself working with paralegals, secretaries, and other support staff in the law firm. Their responsiveness and mindset about a client can be as important as that of the attorneys. In this regard, I have nothing but praise for the staff at McCarthy Wilson. To be fair, my excellent treatment at McCarthy Wilson may be the rule or the exception. I do not know. But I would highly recommend the firm to others in need of legal representation in the firm's areas of specialization and seeking justice. Give them a try.
