Very frightening experience at this office. Went to pickup records for my mother. The office door was locked and there was screaming going on inside - no one would answer the door. Called the following day and told about my experience - it was "brushed off" and I was informed when I could return to pick up the paperwork. Same situation - I called 20 mins prior, door was locked and screaming was going on - called the office, asked why the door was locked and said I was outside. There were two women (not dressed as nurses), 2 children apx 10 yrs old and a pitbull dog. We got the paperwork and left. I called right after leaving to ask if someone needed help or if I should call the police. The woman was very putoff by my asking and said she had no idea what I was talking about. When I left the parking lot both women, the two kids and the dog were sitting on the curb. I have no idea what is going on in this office - but it can't be good. Since this doctor specializes in geriatric medicine I feel for all the helpless elderly that visit this office and may not be able to speak up for themselves. I am going to investigate further and find out what I can do to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This last incident occured at 12:45 on July 10, 2012. read more
