It was one of the best bike tours we have taken. Alex was so informative and a wealth of knowledge. In fact we liked it so much we did a 5 hour tour 2 days later. The E bikes are newer and very easy to use. The custom map he provided is very detailed and easy to read. Don't miss the Baklava in the Turkish area, it's to die for. I learned more of German history, architecture and culture in 2 days than all my years in school. I would highly recommend Alex's company for bike rental and guided tours.

The city is flat so it was wonderful cruising around. The tour guide told good stories, friendly/funny/social in the right mix. We went to Alexander Platz, Reichtag, Tiergarten for lunch, the underground bunker where Furhrer died, a watchtower by the wall and lots more. I think we were on the City Tour. We never biked more than 15 min, mostly shorter so it is at a leisurely pace. If you like to take pictures, wear something that makes it easy to pull out a camera while on a bike.

They were super responsive, sending pictures and information and helping weigh pros and cons. They put the bike I was interested in on hold, and I came by to test it out. The process was seamless, and I bought the bike. They kept it a few days to check it over in the shop and make sure it was ready for me, and then I picked it up. The bike has been great, but unfortunately, after more than a year of daily use, the derailleur somehow got bent. They told me to swing by and I did. The person in the shop took a look, straightened it out, refilled my air, and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Great, straightforward service from people who know and love bikes.
