Before going to my daughter's appointment I was a little bit nervous due to this pandemic. I havent been bringing my daugther to anywhere since she is a toddler (2yrs) and she cant tolerate the mask. When arrival to the dentist I parked in the back and they have a sign in every lot with instructions to follow before entering the place ( text the patient's name and the parking spot number). As soon as I texted them they called me to come in behind the building. They asked me questions related to covid19 and check both my daughter's and myself's temperature. They were all dressed appropriately with the right equipment and everybody was isolated. Defenetly nothing to worry about if you are coming to this place. They know what they are doing. Let's not forget the amazing job that the dentist's assistant did ; positive interactions, always engaged and a lot of verbally praising to my daughter! read more

My 3 year old daughter's dentist, Dr. Reya, and her hygienist made her extremely comfortable after her horrible experience at the Great Barrington pediatric dentist. They had her favorite shows playing on Disney Jr.; Doc McStuffins, Sofia the First, Tsum Tsums, etc. The hygienist sang soothingly while doing her job and my daughter even let her use the electric brush (which she refused at home) without a hint of hesitation. When her dentist came in, she noticed my daughter holding her Elsa Barbie and sang my daughter's favorite song, "Let It Go" from start to finish. They finished off by giving her a goodie bag and some tokens for the toy dispensers on the way out. I've lived with my children in CA, KS, ND, TX, and now MA. This is by far the best pediatric dental clinic I've ever been in. read more

Today I brought my almost two year old daughter in for her second teeth cleaning with Jocelyn and check up with dr das! We started off in the parking lot, where Liam was so friendly and inviting. He came out for a temperature check and covid questionnaire, and then to bring us inside. Jocelyn was so friendly and incredibly patient with my daughter (who is terrified of people in masks). Dr das was so friendly as always and very thorough, taking plenty of time to talk and answer questions! Even with the chaos of covid 19 I never felt rushed and I was very impressed by all of the measures the office is taking to keep themselves and patients safe! I'm so glad that we chose this office for our daughter! read more

I just wanted to send you some positive feedback! WOW, great job yesterday with my son's teeth. He had a filing and An extraction in the office. Great techniques used, so he never saw a needle, never was scared at all. I especially was pleased with the child friendly explanation used while his tooth was wiggled out, and the sugar bugs getting scared away! It was great to see your teamwork and positive experience.. Best pediatric dentist's going. Great service from the minute we walked in with an emergency. I have been taking the kids there for just a short time but they have managed to fit them in for two dental emergencies within a day. As I was leaving the last visit one of the new parents was waiting with their child in the waiting room and commented on how happy they were to see all the kids leaving with smiles. A+ From me. Dr. Das is amazing! My daughter (almost 4) had spots on the front of her teeth that needed some attention. My daughter was very scared but so brave. As soon as Dr. Das felt her nervousness, she began singing to her. Her favorite song from Brave nonetheless. And she was so quick. 22 minutes from leaving the car to getting back in the car! I love this place we switched from Hillcrest dentist and it was the best choice. The staff is absolutely amazing. My daughter had a chip tooth and I called the office. They responded within less than 20 min and offered her to come in for an emergency repair due to the office being closed. I would recommend this to everyone that has kids they are wonderful!!!! read more

The staff at Berkshire Pediatric Dentistry were kind, patient and caring for my daughter's first dental visit. She was never afraid because they made our visit very pleasant with lots of kid-friendly decorations, toys, cartoons in the exam room and even a toy to take home!
