I qualified for an insurance policy I had for years where I missed work for a period of time. I worked diligently with Mass Mutual filing my claim. My assigned insurance claim adjuster advised that after months of back and forth and proof, all they needed was their report from Dr. Hess. Mass Mutual reached out, and I reached out many times (moved to California so I could not easily physically drop in to talk). No response. This cost me several thousand dollars. While I will get on with life, Dr. Hess sure dropped the ball. I do not like to write bad reviews, however, this one cost me big time.

I'd…read morestruggled with my health since infancy, and never really understood my medical condition until I became a patient at NIM when I was in my 30s. I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. The NIM staff is kind and efficient, and I believe it's no accident that there is low staff turnover. Some staff have been there for as long as I've been a patient. I very highly recommend NIM to anyone suffering from chronic health conditions.

I have a serious problem and I can't get through to my PCP no matter what I do. I wait on hold…read moreforever and when I finally get an operator they say a nurse will call me back, but it doesn't happen. (Ive tried several times). The recording says you can avoid the hold time by sending a text. But that just gets lost in the ether. It also suggests going to the patient portal, but I had to talk to their IT specialist (in India!) just to get the account activated, and then when I did, the interface wouldn't allow me to send a message to the PCP no matter what I did. It kept forcing me to make an appointment, but when I did that, the appointment was never confirmed. They seem to want you to go to their urgent care clinic instead. This practice is badly managed and if you've got a serious problem you could end up in the hospital or worse before you get any help with it.
