Dr. Golden and her team make going to the orthodontist a fun experience (versus a scary one). I started my journey about a year ago with an Invisalign consultation. The staff was extremely friendly, outlined the estimated costs, payment plans, and the general process. Based on the estimate and the customer service, I knew this would be my place. I'm currently at my last few months of wearing Invisalign and I'm very satisfied with the correction of my teeth! They make me feel like a kid again, because this is such a happy place. I've seen a wide age range of people serviced by them - kids afraid of doctors to adults..also afraid of doctors (like myself). Also, as a new patient, you receive some swag as a token of their appreciation for you choosing them! Parking: designated parking lot with ample spaces. Ambience: neat, organized set up. There's a waiting area, several chairs for services, consultation runs, and an imaging room. Fun music (usually 90s) also plays on the overhead. Service: exceptional!! Always a friendly face. Alway first name greetings. They are extremely personable. They also seem to work well with each other and enjoy their jobs. Quality: Great quality of Invisalign services! After your imagining takes place, they send to a third party vendor who designs your trays. When your trays arrive, Dr. Golden's team ensures the order looks correct, fits them on your teeth, and assesses how long you should wear each tray. They will only give a few trays worth at a time. At Follow up appointments, you'll receive additional trays and instructions as needed. Covid precautions: - currently, you are required to take a pre-appointment survey (outlining your symptoms and recent travel). - upon arrival for your appointment, you text/call their team, and they'll let you know when it's okay to come inside. - upon entry into the building, you will have your temp taken and sanitize your hands. You will also rinse your mouth with an oral rinse (which is similar to pre covid). Price: absolutely reasonable. Don't like the cheaper prices with some Invisalign companies mislead you- look at the full package (followup, extension of treatment plan, etc). Also: it's conveniently located - near the interstate, near food places, and near other businesses that may be of interest. Highly, highly recommend!

I began my journey with braces when I was 10 and finished when I was 15. In this time, I managed to have a few teeth pulled by Dr. Kristal and Dr. Forche and have braces on twice (one set, break, then another). My former dentist, Dr. Nicholas Coliadis recommended Dr. Jeffrey Shirck to me. Dr. Shirck said he…read morecould fix my overtbite by having Dr. Coliadis to pull a tooth. I already had a missing tooth. This would make two missing teeth. The plan was to push the overbite in, and the two missing teeth spaces would close. Five years later, Dr. Shirck never got the spaces in my mouth to close. Since I had finished paying for my braces several years prior, he was no longer motivated to finish the job. He even began to speak to me in elevated levels from his frustration. We switched between braces and invisaligns, and the teeth were moving slowly. One visit, he brought up my health issues in the dental office in front of patients and staff. He named my health issues and said they were the reason why my teeth were closing slowly. He embarrassed me in a room full of people. I had surgery to resolve my main health issue, but Dr. Schirck refused to continue the treatment. He ended up removing my braces and putting a retainer on the top and bottom row. The retainer on my top row broke after a few months. So now I have two missing teeth and a gap starting between my two front teeth. My teeth look worse than when I started, and I had paid thousands of dollars. As an adult patient, I'm disgusted by Dr. Shirck's shabby work. Now, I'm going to another dentist to have the job done right. Dr. Shirck never gave a discount or any help replacing the healthy tooth he requested to have removed for absolutely no reason. I have to pay out of pocket to get expensive impants or have the damage repaired by a new dentist. My insurance was used up on Dr. Shirck. I'm completely disappointed and feel as if I were embarrassed and taken advantage of because of my age and race.
