They reached out the day before to confirm the details and give me the name of our driver. Mike, our drive was not only on time, he was a few minutes early. He gave me and my wife a full brief of the limo, showed us around, and verified when and where our son was supposed to be dropped off. When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. Mike got them to the school right on time and even offered to take my wife and I around for 30 minutes since we still had time left. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the service and the driver we got. Elite Rides will be our first choice whenever we need a limo service.

We thought that we wanted to go to PR and Dan found us some options but not nearly as many amenities to meet our expectations and budget. He suggested Punta Cana bc it had more options within our budget. Dan did some research on the Internet which at first were things we had already found. He listened to us and tried to meet our needs within our budget. He was not pushy or intimidating and allowed us to ask a lot of questions. The itinerary, resort, and airline were awesome with zero problems. He did check on us several times to ensure that we knew about our transport back to the airport to get home. The communication was very good and we loved having everything in one email. Dan also zoomed with us which helped us a lot. We plan on using his services again. Thanks, Travel Agent Dan
