We're talking immersive design, multiple performances, theatrical moments, choreographed timing, lighting cues, and the kind of attention to detail that would make Broadway stage managers sweat. And yet--through every twist, change, last-minute curveball, and behind-the-scenes chaos--Andrea stayed calm, composed, and genuinely joyful. That smile never left her face. It wasn't just impressive; it was inspiring. What struck me most was Andrea's emotional intelligence and natural leadership. For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three. Her cues were crystal clear, her flexibility never compromised the bigger picture, and her collaboration felt seamless. We were foolish and we didn't know what an outrageous task planning a wedding is. We wanted things a little different than a traditional wedding, and Erica executed so seamlessly that we sometimes forget that the bride and groom walking down the aisle together was anything other than the way it's always been done. Everything felt really natural and nothing was "put on". We had to think about nothing during that day. About an hour before the wedding, I had a friend drop cookies off and cookie sleeves (they were the guest favors and had not yet been assembled. I forgot to "assign" that to someone). A few hours later - right in the middle of cocktail hour - I turned to Erica and quietly gasped, "THE COOKIES." She just smiled and let me know that her and her assistant, Esmeralda, found the cookies, sleeved the cookies, and displayed the cookies. God, she's so good. There were more instances than I care to relay on this platform, but just trust, she does what needs doing and requires no oversight. Guests were even commenting on how well coordinated everything was, and a few people asked for her card. The final touches were not to be believed. Beautiful card on our hotel suite nightstand along with a gift, the room that the bridal party got ready in, including groom and best man, (which looked like a bridal bomb had exploded - flower stems, crumpled notes to each other, makeup everywhere, pajamas and shoes, a left-on curling iron) had been organized, rented chargers had been rinsed and placed in our room, even the last 4 sad remaining flip flops from a basket of 50 had been returned to our room. Just in case. Erica snapped a few candid photos of my MOH doing my makeup and my grandmother and I dancing to the last song of the night. Totally unprompted, and totally appreciated. I was a very DIY and detailed oriented bride and was under the impression I could take care of everything on our special day. I found out quickly that I wouldn't not be able to take care of all the setup at the venue as well as get ready and I am so thankful I found Parkway Events. Erica took charge and coordinated all the vendors from hair, makeup, catering, DJ, etc. There were a few unexpected things come up before the wedding and Erica helped get them taken care of with our venue and caterer. Erica made our vision come to life at the venue and my husband and I along with all of our guests, thought it was a perfect evening that would not have been such a fun, seamless evening without Erica. She is a perfectionist. She's very resourceful, and she helped me put together the quinceañera in less than five months. She made it happen. I shared our vision/inspiration board with her, and she executed it. When we walked in, it was like a fairytale. On top of that, she will fight for you to ensure everything is done right. She always looks out for her clients. She won't let you get taken advantage of because it's very easy for that to happen when it comes to spending money on events I am overly happy and satisfied with her services and I will most definitely work with her again for my next event thank you so much, Nancy you are amazing.

Communication was poor, and there was a lack of follow through on commitments. On top of that multiple vendors we hired expressed difficulty working with her due to her unprofessional approach. Based on this experience, we will not be collaborating with her on future events. On the last project we did together the court ruled in her favor, largely because we were the ones who drafted the contract (rookies) that's exactly what the judge said. However, there is plenty of evidence showing that the terms of the contract were not fully completed. It is also true that several of our vendors expressed difficulty working with you, along with others involved in the project. If you would like any proof to support this, there's plenty.

She worked with us tirelessly, giving us an incredible amount of personal attention to ensure not only that we were comfortable with our decor and timelines, but that both of our families were as well. She coordinated multiple site visits to make sure the venues, vendors, and our families were all aligned. There wasn't a single concern, big or small, that we brought to her that she didn't help us navigate with calmness and reassurance. When it came to decor, we came to her with countless ideas that changed constantly, and R&R helped us organize everything into a cohesive and realistic vision we were genuinely excited about. Raman suggested themes and ideas we never would have thought of on our own and was always transparent about what was and wasn't possible. In the end, the team exceeded our expectations across all of our events. The team also helped with custom items like signage and photos, picking everything up earlier in the week while setting up our home decor so we didn't have to think about a thing. Having R&R as both our decorator and planner made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It often felt like we were just another client, rather than a couple planning one of the most important days of our lives. Then I found R&R and met Raman, and everything changed. From our very first conversation, I could tell she genuinely cared. She listened to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and truly made us feel special every step of the way. It was never just about décor it was about making our day magical. Raman's creativity, punctuality, attention to detail, and communication were all outstanding. She brought our vision to life even better than we imagined. On the wedding day, everything was absolutely stunning--we received so many compliments from our guests, and that meant the world to us. I've planned lots of events so I had a clear idea of what I wanted - I just needed someone to execute. Enter, Clara. Clara was extremely responsive and immediately ran with my idea of a lemon-themed birthday party. She came up with things I wouldn't have thought of myself (personalized stickers for the favor bags and personalized napkins) and did a great job bringing my vision to life. During the party she paid keen attention to everything, so I didn't have to. Instead of pouring drinks and checking on food, I spent my time with my friends and family - many of whom I hadn't seen since before my daughter was born. That quality time wouldn't have been possible without Clara's help, and I was grateful for it. Clara's the quintessential Parisian. She has great taste in wine, flowers (and will arrange them artfully at your event), and food. If you entrust her with your event, you'll be able to rest easy knowing every element will be executed flawlessly. On top of all that, she's very enjoyable to work with. From the very beginning she was incredibly helpful and responsive. After meeting in person and seeing how completely overwhelmed I was, Clara offered so much guidance and support. For example, she helped me look for venues, found and coordinated with our florist, and even shared her own decorations with me!!! She was beyond organized and had EVERYTHING in place for the big day. On the day of the wedding she literally took care of everything which allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves and go with the flow. Clara was so creative and really helped bring my vision to life. She was incredibly patient with me when I was having trouble nailing down small details. And she was really fun to work with, while also being professional. I can honestly say that there is no way we could have pulled off our perfect wedding without her! Lorie,LaShawna and ALL the others were sooooo wonderful to deal with. Everything was as we talked about and exceeded our expectations!! Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!

    I don't like leaving nasty reviews and didn't plan on it, but now I'm feeling absolutely cheated…read moreand I'd hate for someone else to spend thousands with this company. There were a few red flags from the beginning, but we were already kinda locked in with the deposit. I had asked for a floral quote and had a whole intro meeting with Victoria. It took months to respond and she was asking questions we had already answered months prior when we met her. Had to send my mood boards over AGAIN. Seemed unorganized, but we brushed it off because she was very sweet. The day off, my florals did NOT match the inspo at all. They charged 40 bucks per vase, which had one stem of cheap flowers (I'm talking calendula and some filler/foliage for example.) our bouquets were also WILTED the moment they were handed to us. Our tables also just overall looked tacky. I had offered to print all my signage on card stock and Victoria said she had it covered. She ended up printing our menus on regular paper, with no design whatsoever, after assuring us "they're so cute and I can't wait for you to see them!" but never sent them to me to preview lol I also made table number signage that she said she'd print on card stock. These were poorly printed and shrunk down and she didn't use our card holders. She said they didn't work....which of course they wouldn't if you used regular paper. I specifically noted they were meant to hold thick card signage. The food was amazing at our trial and tasted horrible the night of. We got candied brussels that were supposed to be sweet and crisped, and what they served was just steamed, hard, and flavorless. Some appetizers used different ingredients. We were told we had table side service and ppl would help pour wine, but no one helped guests, even when they asked. Our venue even had us confirm that Evntwrks would do table side pouring, and now Victoria is claiming they're not allowed to touch alcohol, despite telling me she had it covered. I was able to brush it all off the day of and had a great time, but the cherry on top for me was when I came to pick up my decor and Victoria claimed my guests took everything. I found that hard to believe, as I didn't even see all the decor I provided on the tables. They were bare. She insisted that they took all centerpieces, and when I asked her to pls check their warehouse again, she found multiple of my boxes. I also took inventory of all my things, and she is now claiming I shorted her on decor so they had to use their own. Once again, I've caught them gas lighting me, trying to act like they did me a favor, when she's in fact lying. I gave close to 50 vases prior to the wedding, and she's now saying I gave 31. After finding my boxes, I counted 28 vases. This doesn't even add up if she's claiming "all my guests took vases home" but now its only three vases taken if I supposedly only gave her 31? Doesn't add up. She also gave me boxes back that were empty. I was furious and asked her where the items went that they didn't even use (such as table card holders I provided). She ended up finding them, but it just goes to show how unorganized they are and the lack of care towards other's belongings. She also claimed my flowers were wilted because we took photos hours before the wedding, which is FALSE. I took photos with my husband only thirty minutes before guests started to arrive. No bridesmaids even had their flowers till right before they walked up. I planned on doing stuff with my floral after and sadly cannot. I was also sent a bill to buy them brand new table linens. She claimed guests lit candles after she had told them not to, and they spilled everywhere, damaging their linens. While waiting for guests to arrive I noticed the tips of my candles were black on some tables, and I had never lit them before. Maybe workers lit them prior and realized they shouldn't so they blew them out? I did admit to seeing some guests light them, maybe two tables, but they put them out immediately when Victoria asked. there was not enough time to even accumulate wax to drip. I also dont understand why they don't have funds or insurance to cover things like this? I'd also be more understanding if pictures were provided for proof. Most vendors have a deposit in case of damages. They did offer to waive the fee after I expressed how terrible everything I was. However, this doesn't even cover all the other services that weren't delivered. Upon reviewing our contract, I've also noticed they taxed service charges/gratuity. Still waiting on a response from them in regards to this.. It's one thing to not have everything turn out as planned, but now I'm catching them in lies, which makes it 10x worst for me.

The food staff was good which was why…read moreI am rating 2 stars; however the wedding planner did not plan accordingly for the amount of food and alcohol needed. We ran out of alcohol midway through the cocktail hour which is before the reception. I had to DoorDash alcohol to the wedding to make sure we had enough alcohol for the reception. We also ran out of food so some of the wedding guests only ate salad and bread. The quality of food was good; however they did not plan right for food and beverage. If you use this vendor, make sure they order enough food and alcohol for your event because the planner did not plan right and communicate well to external vendors for the the wedding.
