The owner was honest and kind and explained that he was short-staffed but would do his best to get the jobs done as soon as he could. Everyone I dealt with was first-rate. They cleaned an old white sofa and two chairs that I thought were hopelessly dirty, especially after two puppies and all that entails (forgive the pun). They are not perfect - they couldn't be, but I don't have to go into a "it was raining and you know how puppies are" song and dance whenever someone saw the sofa. The carpet is a very light color so stains and traffic marks are easy to see. After the scheduled cleaning was concluded, Robert showed some areas that could look better with a full scrub treatment.
