When it came time to talk price, things went south quickly. I have never been treated so poorly and made to feel insignificant and not worth the salesman's time. We started with a standard 10% off the asking price and the salesman said they would never go for that. We then asked for them to give us more on our trade in, same answer. Then things went real bad. The salesman degrading us telling us that they would be more interested if we were trading in a Tesla or a Mercedes. We were looking at a 10 yo Jeep. If I could afford those vehicles, I wouldn't really have been trying to buy a used Jeep! Then he went to the pressure of other people are looking at it and are interested so they don't have to talk to us about any other price. We told him we were ready to buy, but asked work with us on the pricing and conceded our ask to them coming off $1200 in the total deal. At that point we are maybe 2% discount from their asking price and trade offer. Sales literally said no wouldn't even ask the sales manager and said he'd let the vehicle sit on their lot for 60-90 days before he would come off any thing. We then left. Oh and I checked the website later and the vehicle is still on the lot for sale. So if you go here, understand they won't work with you on price and will make you feel insignificant to their business. Not sure how they make their money, but I would have thought selling cars was part of their bisiness!

I was told the girl in charge won't be in till 1 anyway. Upon my return we looked into the noise and found the rear to be bad and needed repair ( the vehicle had new inspection which should of never passed in its condition) although the online price was $5900 and the price on the dash was $6900 they agreed to let me have the vehicle for $6400, $500 more than the online price and wouldn't go any lower. (They did agree repair the issue) IF you consider purchasing a vehicle from these people have a qualified mechanic inspect the vehicle and be prepared to pay more than the vehicle is worth.

They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.

I'm in love with it. The only reason I went to this dealership was because they had the exact car I was looking for on the curb in near perfect condition. His price was fair for the vehicle, which was in amazing shape for an 8-year old car. Select Auto had also put brand new tires and front brake pads on the car; it seemed like they really wanted to get their cars into the very best shape before selling them.
