We have tried at least a dozen times over the last 9 months to politely resolve this and they have been less than helpful and actually rude! Used them on a recommendation from my dad and brother - NEVER SHOULD HAVE USED THEM ! HORRRIBLE - 3 trees out of 6 dead and not even an attempt to make it right. Such bad business.
