First and foremost I would like to say you get what you pay for. It is crucial to make sure you get quality work especially when it comes to high-end cars. Spencer absolutely did the best job I've ever seen when it comes to getting a crease out of a car. The dent was very big in the trunk it was a 6 hour process but he would not know it when he was done it literally looked absolutely perfect. If you are in Louisiana area please make sure you take the time and make the drive to Spencer you will not regret it he did by far the best job I've ever seen. Also the communication and follow up with him was everything you could expect from a A five star luxury resort. Absolutely amazing customer service and would refer all my friends and family to him for any Dent needs. Thank you again Spencer.

Best Volvo dealership around. I previously purchased from the Volvo dealership in New Orleans and…read morehad a less than amazing experience. The service department in New Orleans is actually pretty horrible, if they ever call you back to schedule in the first place. At Giles, the service is prompt, professional, and thorough both in the sales and service departments. The people in the sales department are actually knowledgeable about the cars they sell, which is refreshing. It really feels like you're dealing with experts. Getting your car serviced is as stress-free as it can possibly be and the service managers communicate very well throughout the process. They have a great system in place that keeps you in the loop while your car is being taken care of. They are always very friendly and polite as well. They tend to have a smaller fleet available for purchase than some of the other dealerships, but they run a very organized business, so I don't think they need hundreds of cars on their lot to provide good options. Worth the trip to Lafayette if you're in the market for a Volvo. I will be ordering my next custom build from Sweden at Giles.

We were looking for a new XC90, and thanks to the exceptional help from Lochlan, that's exactly what we drove home with. Every employee we met was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. The selection was impressive, and the dealership itself was spotless and welcoming. The two-hour drive was absolutely worth it for the outstanding service we received from Giles Volvo. I can't recommend this dealership enough!

I recently leased a new 2026 Volvo XC90 B6 Plus from Giles Volvo in Lafayette, and the experience…read morewas outstanding from beginning to end. I had become extremely frustrated trying to work with my local Volvo dealership. I made an internet inquiry and never received a response. So, somewhat reluctantly, I reached out to Giles, even though they are more than two hours away from me. What a difference. I submitted an internet inquiry on the Giles website early one morning, and within about 90 minutes I had received both an email and a text with the basic information I was looking for and an invitation to talk. We had a phone conversation, and I explained exactly what I wanted and what I needed. They listened. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping rather than simply trying to sell me a car. They made me an offer, which I countered. Lachlan, my salesperson, told me he would call me back. He did -- within minutes. And he didn't just match my offer; he beat it. From there, Lachlan worked with me to figure out all the details of getting to Lafayette from more than two hours away. When I arrived, the XC90 was sitting there prepped and ready to go, and all of the paperwork was prepared. The dealership itself is beautiful -- it feels more like a Scandinavian lodge than a traditional car dealership, with beautiful woodwork and Scandinavian furniture. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was offered coffee (which felt especially appropriate given both South Louisiana and Swedish coffee traditions -- we both take our coffee seriously!). The actual transaction was incredibly quick and painless. They transferred all of my preferences from my old Volvo to the new one and even took care of switching my insurance over. They thought of everything. I was more than happy to make the drive to Lafayette to work with Giles Volvo. In fact, the two-hour-and-twenty-minute drive each way was a pleasure because of the experience I had with their team. A special thank-you to Lachlan and everyone at Giles Volvo. This is what buying a car should feel like: responsive, straightforward, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. I would absolutely make the drive again.

I've already referred my neighbors to them for a purchase for their teenager. She loves her car! I've had issues with the New Orleans Volvo dealership, especially their service department, which is the worst dealership service experience I've ever had. Giles restored my faith in the brand and has given the support that is needed AFTER you buy a car. Not only do they answer any questions that you have, but they actually know their products very well. Vickie is a terrific service manager & her communication, expedited process to secure a loaner and get your vehicle repaired quickly is outstanding. Getting my car serviced is such an easy and streamlined process, which makes a difference when you're having to deal with unexpected vehicle expenses. Kreg is my go-to sales guy and he knows his Volvos like the back of his hand. Aside from his experience with Volvos, he never tries to sell you something you don't want or need. He is not pushy at all and will be completely honest when helping you decide on a vehicle and options. He actually makes you feel like he cares about you as a customer more than he cares about closing a sale. He's been super patient with me over the last couple of years as I have teetered around committing to a new Volvo, but each time I come in he treats me like a priority. Adam, the finance manager is outstanding as well. He will take care of you when it's time to close your purchase, and resolve any issues you might have during the process. If you're in the market for a purchase or even a lease, give Giles a call. They not only hooked me up with a terrific leased car through their Care by Volvo program while I wait for my build, but also made sure I knew about Volvo's incentive to fly me to Sweden for my overseas build in Gothenburg. This is my second build, but unfortunately, the dealership in New Orleans never told me that I was eligible for a free trip to Sweden. I guess Giles will be getting my business from now on because their sales and service department is the absolute best!
