They charged me $129 for a Water Pik that retails for $69. The Senior Berger is more skillful than most though.

Dr. Nimmich, staff, and, facilities were awesome. We have visited both locations for services since then. The location on Two Notch was our first experience, the location in Camden our second. Both were great, and did not disappoint. Thank you for being who you are, and for what you do with such professionalism, and kindness.

Then we were called back. I was told that I needed a panoramic X-ray and I forgot to stop by our dentist so my son could get one so we got one here which was an extra fee, no biggie. The surgeon came in and was very thorough and explained the whole process and what would be the expectation on the day of surgery and so on. We were asked if we had questions and once we were done, we went back to the front. Now here is where my frustration comes in. We get called back to schedule the surgery, only to be told that they were not in network and I would be paying out of pocket. Now if you had my insurance info for a week, I'm sure you checked to make sure you were getting paid and that it was valid. So why not tell me that you weren't in network? That ticked me off. I took time off work only to not even be moving forward with his surgery. So I paid and dipped! Some places are just getting ridiculous. If I'm scheduling with you and you see I'm not covered, let me know so I can find another provider of the service....not pay you for monies for nothing.

We were taken back promptly at her scheduled appointment time of 9:00 AM, and by 9:20 her teeth had already been cleaned. After that, everything went downhill. We were told to wait for the dentist, but Dr. Sheffield repeatedly walked past us on the floor went in and out of her office and saw multiple patients who arrived after us. She would spend 5-10 minutes with other patients, return to her office, and then come back out again -- but never once came to see my daughter. This happened over and over. By 10:05 -- 45 minutes after her cleaning was finished -- my daughter still had not been seen by the dentist. For a toddler, that is an unreasonable and stressful wait, especially when we were clearly being overlooked. This was her first dental visit, and it should have been a positive experience. Instead, we left feeling ignored and frustrated. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves how they manage patient flow and prioritize young children.

I called customer service and was informed that they were closed, yet we were not contacted about rescheduling the appointment. This office also recommended a root canal for a tooth that only needed a filling. Found that out after going somewhere else for a second opinion. Never should have looked back but my daughter is home from school and needed an appointment during the break. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere, we certainly will not be returning.
