On the other hand, if you had a problem, you'd probably give the MD a bad rating. All-in-all I like this practice and this MD. I have been coming to Urological Associates since 1985, and have gone through number of MDs - many have retired while I have been a customer. Dr. User is my third practitioner from this association. I guess that is a good thing that I have outlived/outlasted my MDs. The latest to have my case file is Dr. User. I like him ... he has the young fast hands one looks for in a physician. While there is a lot to be said for the old experienced hand, I prefer the young fast and most recently graduated hands who know the latest and best practices in the business. Dr. User is very good, and has that balance between being experience and being up-to-date ... I would recommend him. And I have to give a shout-out to the nurses who set everything in motion. I have seen one of the nurses for over 20 years on and off, and they set the tone. While literally getting you prepared for any procedure, they also set the tone for the office. Good MDs, good supporting staff, and I'll keep visiting every two years. Recommended.

Kidney stones was the reason, and he offered no bedside manner or serious treatment when I explained it. A few days later I passed the stone on my own, brought it to him to examine, and have never heard from him. That was a few years ago and despite me calling for info on the passed stone, he has never bothered replying or (seemingly) caring. Maybe I caught him on bad days but this is not what I was hoping for when I was in severe pain and hoping for help from a urologist. I would never recommend Dr. User.
