We discussed my options and made a plan for my care together. Unfortunately I am not sure if my treatment will continue as I had multiple issues with scheduling, check-in/out, billing, complete and correct referrals etc. Left many messages that went unreturned and could not complete referral treatment in a timely manner due to not having the correct information. After emailing, completing the contact form and mass reviewing, I received a response from Practice Administrator, Ammany. She exhibited the same qualities as Ms. Hudson. She was familiar with staffing improvements that were in movement at that time, and understood the frustrations I experienced. Overall she did correct the issue I still had open with the office, and identified some changes made to ease concerns with future visits. I do not feel she was saying these things just to appease me as an unhappy patient and would feel comfortable providing a future opportunity. I saw other glowing reviews about the doctors, and experienced my own with Ms. Hudson, so I was really surprised by my interactions with reception and the referral/records management. I would urge anyone that did have any administrative or communication issues to reach out to speak with her.
