The prices are TWICE as much as previous owner (note to new owner: this is not Edgewater). The Botox was overpriced and I never saw the results expected. I called 4 days later & was snapped at "you must wait TWO weeks to see results!". So on Sept 19th (13 days after treatment) I received a snippy text from "Johnathan the office manager" that "your two week follow up window has closed so you must pay again if you return". This place should be called "Bait and Switch". I called one of their multiple phone numbers and a snotty receptionist based in Edgewater kept telling me she "can't help, doesn't know what's going on, Johnathan was just some guy who does their texts" yet HIS texts told me he was the "office manager". The prices and arrogance will not go over well in Lyndhurst. Such a pity that Dr. Gledman moved to Texas. She was so polite, easy to book and very affordable PLUS I never needed a "follow up" as her products and treatment WORKED.
