Dale gave us options and came up with a great solution to push the walls straight and seal the basement. We had other companies quote the job and their solutions seemed strange. They wanted to dig a trench inside the house for the rain to go. They did not seem to want to fix the problem but put a band aid on it. Basement Specialist's even found a problem after they started with the way water flowed toward our house. She even delivered care packages as we encountered some unexpected personal challenges. Even after closing on our home, she has continued to check in and deliver little surprises. Aspen builds extremely solid, beautiful homes. It is a small company, so you will consistently get personalized attention from each member of the team as you move through the process. The majority of the selections can be done in-house, so there is no need to run around to various vendors. Aspen's process is truly as seamless as can be, and their online system keeps all of the details organized and in one place.
