No longer serving narco.. which I know is very much so needed for a select few.. but most use it as a cash crop or crutch and many have overdosed. Kiddos to CVS! Only wish was that their daily products had a better market value and the kids toys not so expensive. The dollar section does help a bit for quick buys. Really miss having them as my full time pharmacy but I am one of the few.. working on it! Acupuncture PT and better diet w having the needed surgeries have helped to bring all that down to a minimum.. Keep up the good fight .. No shame in having cancer ... Our RX wasn't filled by Walgreens due to a Pharm who decided she "wasn't comfortable" filling what the Dr ordered even tho they had provided the same medication 3 times YTD, approved by Insurance, and strongly encouraged by Physician. (It was ridiculous and Ben recognized that.) He stepped up and filled within same day. His communication was exceptional & his attitude incredibly empathetic & professional; he took a proactive role in getting the Rx transferred. It's an incredible gift to provide for your patients with confidence. I recommend them so highly! We are grateful and blessed to have them in our Community at large.

The employees are usually friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service, which is why Publix is my favorite grocery store. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location today was disappointing. When I asked the deli employee if I could purchase popcorn chicken by weight and have about half a cup filled, she responded very rudely and told me they don't do that and that I had to buy one of the pre-filled large cups. I understand that different stores or departments may have different policies, and I had no problem buying the larger cup instead. My concern wasn't the policy--it was the way I was treated. At every other Publix I've visited, the deli staff has gladly filled the amount I requested and sold it by weight, so I was surprised by both the response and the attitude. I simply believe customers should be treated with kindness and respect, even when the answer is no. I hope management can remind their staff that courteous customer service is one of the things that makes Publix stand out. I know this experience isn't typical of the excellent service I've received at other Publix locations.

I waited through the drive through for a good 20 minutes just to be told if I want to use my goodRX I have to circle around and wait in line again. (Makes no sense, as one month ago this wasn't the case) but I said fine so I went inside. I proceeded to wait in another line. When I finally got up to SHYLIN, she told me I'd have to step over to another line. At this point I was frustrated so I said "this is ridiculous. Just charge me full price. Whatever." Then as I'm waiting I'm having a conversation on the phone complaining about this ordeal. SHYLIN took it upon herself to interrupt my conversation to very rudely say "i LITERALLY told you to go right over there there is NO line." This caught me off guard as I wasn't speaking to her so when I let her know she shouldn't be talking to me like that she proceeded to tell me I'm VERY rude. I continued to tell her that her disrespect was unnecessary and asked to speak to her manager. Then she followed it up with a rude little comment saying "oh yeah the line I told you three times already there's nobody in." At that point I walked out. Completely unnecessary and rude. I will 100% not be returning here. I hope someone gives these pharmacy techs a refresher course on how to interact with customers.

This peetains to what they stock. The biggest thing that individualizes the stores is whether or not they're 24 hours or not. My only real CVS complaint in my area would be that I feel that the distance between 24 hour pharmacy locations is quite surprising. This is truly a facet of a neighborhood that I will look for in the future when purchasing a home. I will say without any hesitation that by far, outside of the pharmacy, the number one reason I use CVS is for photo developing. As a kid we would mail off our film and it could take a week to get our pictures back. You paid for every photo, whether they came out or not and the price was usually hefty...the based on the fact that you had to buy film and have a camera. nowadays you take your smartphone into the store you use the supplied cable and you upload your photos. You can choose from a large array of sizes... And have them printed in many different ways. you can even have them printed onto canvas. I like that you can enhance your photos as well as crop them to meet your specific desires. The last tidbit I will throw out about CVS is that they routinely have milk on sale... and I also like the Marquee outside that tells you of the different things that they are promoting for the week.
