Went to CVS to pick up new prescription and they could not help me . This is not a new thing for these people as they continue to you'll up simple request. These pharmacists are difficult people to deal with because they believe they are so smart that they think that they are inside your head. Worst experience of customer service I have ever seen. The website indicated my medication would be ready at 1pm. I entered the store at 2pm and waited in line 20 minute, only to be told my prescription would take another 20 minutes. One it was called I waited another 15 minutes in line. one of the employees was rather rude in telling me I had to wait. Not the first bad experience at this store. read more

I feel like a boomer writing this but this is quite literally the most useless store with the most useless employees. If i could rate 0 stars i would. The people that work in the pharmacy are the most clueless, brain dead, ignorant, neanderthals I have ever in my life met (and I know a few republicans). What f**king college accepted these morons (if they even went)?? I spent an hour and a half explaining to them that my insurance over-rid a prescription I needed for a month. AN HOUR AND A HALF telling these imbeciles that my prescription is for a month, not three months that they originally filled. I kid you not I sat there staring at this woman telling me they filled it for three months for a good 10 mins. Call it the "gen z stare" all you want - but this poor excuse of a human being could not differentiate 3 months and 1 month. I'd rather die than fill up another prescription here. If I was legitimately suffering from an illness and I was there for meds for that illness this would be a wretched review (more so than it already is). These people spend 30 minutes in the back jacking each other off and then have the nerve to get pissed at you for having an attitude. I worked all morning till 4 and stopped here to pick up my BC and it took me AN HOUR AND A HALF. i used to teach kindergarteners, and they comprehended things faster and more accurately than these 30 something year old people. read more

I had a prescription transferred here today (my pharmacy doesn't have the med). This place has it and verified my insurance. I have Covid. I was told it would be a "couple hours" and it would be ready. NOPE! Been over 5 hours and the place is closed! I called and checked. Horrible service. Ordered a graduation yard sign, it's basically a piece of vinyl wrapped around metal. Looks awful!!! Also there was a coupon for 40% off but it wouldn't apply so I called the store before ordering and she said to just bring coupon when picking up. Brought coupon and was grilled about who told me, they don't do that etc. Gal at cashier said she needed to call a manager as this was above her pay grade. Then she continues to mumble. My YELP* 2016, Review #278: CVS and Walgreens are among our country's finest Pharmacy options. This location is no different. if you've been to one you've been to them all. This peetains to what they stock. The biggest thing that individualizes the stores is whether or not they're 24 hours or not. My only real CVS complaint in my area would be that I feel that the distance between 24 hour pharmacy locations is quite surprising. This is truly a facet of a neighborhood that I will look for in the future when purchasing a home. I will say without any hesitation that by far, outside of the pharmacy, the number one reason I use CVS is for photo developing. As a kid we would mail off our film and it could take a week to get our pictures back. You paid for every photo, whether they came out or not and the price was usually hefty...the based on the fact that you had to buy film and have a camera. nowadays you take your smartphone into the store you use the supplied cable and you upload your photos. You can choose from a large array of sizes... And have them printed in many different ways. you can even have them printed onto canvas. I like that you can enhance your photos as well as crop them to meet your specific desires. The last tidbit I will throw out about CVS is that they routinely have milk on sale... and I also like the Marquee outside that tells you of the different things that they are promoting for the week. read more

Terrible. My husband had to get Aetna insurance with his Medicare because that is one his doctor accepted. He asked me to pick up his prescriptions. I went to pick up asked handed two and paid. The one I knew he needed was not there. The cashier told me it was in process. I asked what that means. It's not done. I told her my husband has been out for a couple of days and it will make him sick. Her reply was I can push it thru to be done in 20-25 minutes. I sat down right by the desk. Multiple other patrons came in and were told the same thing. I continued to wait was acknowledged after 25 minutes by another staff member asking the name. I would be told when it would be done. 35 minutes later I was asked to the counter. Come to find out one on the prescriptions I purchased was not even correct. What a joke. Worst CVS EVER!! Closed earlier than closing time!! Shame! Needs better management!!!!

I'm so disappointed with CVS Pharmacy Personnel (Techs and now their Pharmacist). Here's what happened, I moved back to Pasco County from Pinellas County about 3 weeks ago. Today after seeing my "Pain Management" Doctor, I was given a prescription for a Narcotic which I have used and had the prescription filled at a Pinellas CVS for the last 8+ years with little or no problems. I've had 3 back surgeries, and told I may need neck surgery and my prescription helps manage my pain. However, when I tried to fill my prescription at the CVS on Ridge Rd in Port Richey, the Tech (a Blond Headed Woman in her 30s replied SO RUDELY; "We don't have this in stock, I can't tell you when we're getting it in, we can't hold the prescription, we can't call you, and I can't tell you where you can get it!" I was dumbfounded by her response and that she was talking to me like I was some Drug Addict and I was only there "Pharmacy Hopping!" CVS has my history and can show I've gotten this drug! Really? WOW that's interesting, because the CVS on East Bay Rd in Largo would a least tell me I had to wait 24hrs to pick it up or I was too soon to get a refill like a day early and to come back tomorrow. So I Called CVS And Filed a complaint on how I was treated. I spoke to someone on the phone who claimed he was a Pharmacist @ the corporate level and he and his team would have to re-train the personal at the CVS on Ridge Rd. He said his name was Michael K and gave me a reference # 5045366. Plus he told where I could get my prescription possibly filled which was at another CVS @ the corner of Us Hwy 19 and S.R. 52 in Port Richey, so I went there and guess what? The Pharmacist told me he couldn't fill it either!!!! He told he was out of the medication and wouldn't get another shipment until 6/2/2015, because of his "quotas" WELL CVS, YOU NOT ONLY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR PRESCRIPTIONS, I WILL NOT SHOP AT ANY OF YOUR STORES!!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO WALGREENS, WALMART, TARGET, OR PUBLIX. I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY DOESNT SHOP AT YOUR STORES EITHER!!!!! read more

Ok so we are standing to pay and the lady at the register is so focused on some picture orders in her hand. So we stand and wait till SHES's ready to take us. Didn't ask for my cvs card, I thought that's the first thing they are suppose to ask for but what do I kno. Processed my whole transaction and then I remember my cvs card. Now she had to refund one of my vitamin purchases because they were buy one get one free. She gave me an attitude and never used my cvs card. So I lost out. Extremely rude. I called to ask a simple question after 11 minutes on hold with horrible loud blaring music I Went to the pharmacy while I was still on hold. Asked my question and was still on hold. They didn't answer the call until I was almost out of store. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. The first time I went to have a prescription filled they told me 2 days. I went back 3 days later and they hadn't even ordered it yet. I figured I would give them a second chance so I returned for the refill. The same exact thing happened again. I will never use this CVS ever again.
