Upon receiving my Bedroom Guardian, I received four very small shakers of the repelling powder....Diatomaceous Earth, and four plastic discs, in which they tell you to place 1/4 of a cotton ball to track the numbers of bed bugs using the area. The product works, but it is just too much money for what you are getting.

I called Orkin and although the call center told me they could be there that day (they actually could not) they were there in a couple of days and could not find a problem they left monitors for a few days and came back and saw nothing. When he called me he told me of his findings and also told me there would be no charge because they did not treat. Class company that I would recommend and use again.
