We needed a new boiler and based on AI, their quote seemed to be in the right ball-park. We decided to go check them out further. After they examined our system in more detail, we were givren a quote of $16k, which seemed in line according to AI. When they came to fix the unit, they they determined that a whole new system would be far more efficient and easier to maintain. What a pleasant surprise to end up with a more efficient and easier to operate furnace. And, here's the kicker... The final price was 25% lower than the original quote. The only negative I can think of is that I have to go make another trip to my bank to deposit the money I didn't need to use on the purchase of my new system. If there was a way to give them more than five stars, I would! (Anyway, here are a few more stars for Stafford Plumbing and Heating... ***)

He barely tried to snake the drain and said it wouldn't work. He called his supervisor who said he needed a chain snake. The next evening he returned with the chain snake and it proceeded to fall apart IN the drain. He claimed that his colleague didn't put all of the parts in the box correctly so he'd have to come back again for a third time. He came back with his supervisor and they couldn't even get past the trap! They claim they used a camera and they saw a corroded pipe that needed rerouting. I called another plumber who came and cleared the clog in two minutes. They may be a bit less expensive but they are inexperienced and a total waste of time and money!!
