They tackled my car with the greatest care and concern that I've ever seen from any other mechanics I've worked with. Nestor was constantly in contact with me throughout the whole time, and answered any questions/concerns I had. He was also aware that I had a budget and would let me know right away if something were to cost too much and would offer me options. A week or so after my car was finished, I had a leaking problem. Called Nestor, and I brought it to him as soon as possible. He fixed it with no complaints and triple checked that the car was good to drive before giving me the keys.

Jay was fast and very reasonably priced. According to my mechanic, Jay has a reputation for very clean factory looking installations. And that's exactly what I got, it's almost like this is the way my car manufacturer meant for it to be! I can't wait to go back to have remote start installed next. Be aware, his shop is in the garage to his house, but it's a very professional shop with all the parts and bits and pieces that anyone would need, and you would find at a traditional shop. Don't let this dissuade you, he'll spend for more attention to detail on your car than an installer at a traditional shop.

When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. When I inquired about the technician that was working on my vehicle, I found out that the gentleman was neither certified or experienced with Mercedes-Benz. The key here is that the people are really great, and the newsletter (Die Flusternde Bombe) is well produced and full of fun photos. But also they run a heck of a professional track day event. Plus, the club is big enough to support a good number of them; two single days at Laguna Seca, two weekend events at Infineon and a number of others at Thunderhill. All these events draw classy instructors from other areas. And the car control clinic is, I believe, being copied at the national level. So, if you have a BMW and just want a parts discount and a nice couple magazines a month, membership is worth it. There was a lot of issues with my car in terms of trim, fixing a messed up quarter panel, custom fiberglass bodykit, frp hood (which was very wavy and in bad condition), etc. and they worked with the harsh conditions I provided them. I was originally told 3-4 weeks which I thought was very quick for it not being insurance work. I let them know to take as long as they needed to make it look good. They ended up taking a couple weeks longer than that but I could tell it was because he wanted to make sure it came out amazing and just how I wanted it. Also a side note, the owner would provide me with updates via photo and let me stop by whenever to look at the car. He even FaceTimed me so I can see what they were working on at the time and showed me some of the struggles they had to deal with in fixing my bad hood. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn't. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn't have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there's some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability.
