He is the absolute best! He is professional, pleasant, friendly, very kind and definitely patient. Dr. Trent is extremely knowledgeable, so he is great at talking to you about a diagnosis, medical procedure, or medication. I like that he does not make you feel dumb when talking about the same. Also he is hands down greatest at modalities. I like all of the staff at Bonnette Elite Physical Therapy. I cannot say enough good things about Bonnette Elite Physical Therapy. I highly recommend them. I will always come back here for any type of physical therapy I need in the future.

I had an accident mid-year this year which resulted in needing one and one-half months treatments in physical therapy. I'd never had PT for anything before in my life so therefore had no real expectations. To try to make a long story short, I was amazed at the improvement I made with the guidance of Tori Lopez, the clinic manager. Results easily exceeded expectation both in pain reduction and final results in body movement. Tori gently led me while quickly adapting to any changes with me. I can't recommend her clinic enough!! I could write lots more, but I think you get the drift. :) P.S. It's located BEHIND (around the corner from) the 7-11!!

I already had some cortisone injections and now was ready to begin to strengthen core and lower back muscles. Preston took plenty of time to talk with me and see exactly what and where my pain was. Began a treatment plan and have had several treatments with his team. Sophia, Blaire and Hanna have worked closely with me providing the correct instructions on my exercises. They are all very caring and give one on one attention, which other facilities don't always do. Another thing which I greatly appreciate is that they are always on time with their appointments. They respect my time as a patient, so I know when I will be finished and can plan other things with certainty. The therapy office and treatment areas are very clean and sanitized after each patient. I believe it is a newer facility location, and has every possible piece of equipment/apparatus needed to help all ailments. I would definitely recommend this Therapy Center to anyone. Fred B

Over the years I have gone to at least 6-7 different PT's and they have been good-to very good but…read moreClearCut Ortho and their staff are far and away the best. They are excellent!!! Their practice is extremely rare in that they see you in their own individual rooms, listen to your issues, work on you in there and sparingly have you doing exercises in a joint communal room, and even when that happens, it is spacious, not crowded and is quietly relaxing. The whole experience from start to finish is a rare experience of tranquility, relaxation and expertise (most are doctors) that keeps their focus entirely on you throughout the session without constant distractions from other PT's and clients. I'm sure they have many clients but when I'm in there they always treat me like I'm their only one! I'm so impressed with them! Sincerely, Rick Kubes

The 2 PTs were both wonderful except it seems they forgot that I have a torn knee also and yet they started me every time on a cycle despite the knee. We got to the point to try Deep tissue laser therapy. They told me it was $50 per treatment. For both sessions I was put in a room with a whole list of prices and there on the list was a package price for 4 laser sessions. When I brought payment after the second session I told the lady I was going to buy the 4 pack. She had no idea what I was talking about. She was going to research and let me know the next time. The list price was NOT honored, manager said that list was supposed to be for another area that they ended up not opening but she still would not honor the price even tho it was posted in 2 different treatmen rooms. I told her I would expect them to honor it and she kept saying it was wrong and never would agree to the package price THAT THEY HAVE POSTED IN TREATMENT ROOMS. It was their mistake and it should have been honored. I cancelled the rest of my PT sessions and left. A few days later I asked my chiropractor about the same therapy and he said he had the same thing in his office. Sure we could do it! His cost? $15 per session compared to Ratner's $50 per session and no package price. So basically they are there to rip people off and have zero integrity when faced with their mistakes. I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

I am recovering from a laminectomy surgery on my neck, and also I have lower back pain that was limiting my ability to enjoy my life. Since i began physical therapy at Green Oaks, I have had such a turnaround in my physical health. They have been so very patient with me and helped me during the loss of my mother by continuing to reach out and let me know they where there and waiting for me to be ready to come back resume my therapy and get better. Miss Jackie's phone calls and messages gave me a glimmer of hope during a time of grief. It also kept me in check reminding me that i had something i needed to finish in order to get better. When I came back, John's comical touch had me laughing my way into recovery, not just physically but emotionally. Haylee who I refer to as captain did her thing making sure I didn't have a huge gap in my sessions when I ran out of days like other places had and was able to take charge and work with my insurance and I didn't even skip a beat! And top Dog Andy watching over everyone, making sure everything runs smoothly gives me a sense of feeling safe in knowing i am in the rite hands. I can tell he really knows how to run things by the way everyone else just jumps in and takes care of business. Without being told what to do. I was never given a clear treatment plan--no explanation of goals, what the exercises were meant to accomplish, or how they would improve my condition. I also never received any meaningful evaluation of my progress. About halfway through, I brought in a new MRI and results, but they were never discussed. No adjustments were made to my treatment, and it didn't seem to impact my care at all. Most sessions consisted of me doing exercises on my own with little to no supervision. When there was oversight, it was usually from a student or aide--not a licensed PT. My pain levels were largely ignored, and I was repeatedly told to continue the same routine. I believe physical therapy can be helpful, but this experience felt impersonal and ineffective. I was essentially paying $428 per visit to do exercises I could have done at home. It felt more like a high-volume operation focused on moving patients through quickly rather than providing individualized care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Oaks Physical Therapy.

When I started PT in January for my a broken left distal fibula (post-surgery) and torn ligaments in my right foot, I couldn't walk. We eventually had to add my left shoulder back into the mix because I reinjured it getting out of the wheelchair. Cut to now, not only can I walk, but I can jog and move my shoulder mostly without pain (which means I can sleep again!). I cried the other day after a workout because I was just so thrilled to be able to get back to exercising.
