Where shall I begin... I am so very blessed and appreciative of the staff at Green Oaks Physical therapy. I am recovering from a laminectomy surgery on my neck, and also I have lower back pain that was limiting my ability to enjoy my life. Since i began physical therapy at Green Oaks, I have had such a turnaround in my physical health. They have been so very patient with me and helped me during the loss of my mother by continuing to reach out and let me know they where there and waiting for me to be ready to come back resume my therapy and get better. Miss Jackie's phone calls and messages gave me a glimmer of hope during a time of grief. It also kept me in check reminding me that i had something i needed to finish in order to get better. When I came back, John's comical touch had me laughing my way into recovery, not just physically but emotionally. Haylee who I refer to as captain did her thing making sure I didn't have a huge gap in my sessions when I ran out of days like other places had and was able to take charge and work with my insurance and I didn't even skip a beat! And top Dog Andy watching over everyone, making sure everything runs smoothly gives me a sense of feeling safe in knowing i am in the rite hands. I can tell he really knows how to run things by the way everyone else just jumps in and takes care of business. Without being told what to do. I went to Green Oaks Physical Therapy for herniated discs in my lower back and completed 13 sessions. During that time, I spent less than 15 minutes total with an actual physical therapist. I was never given a clear treatment plan--no explanation of goals, what the exercises were meant to accomplish, or how they would improve my condition. I also never received any meaningful evaluation of my progress. About halfway through, I brought in a new MRI and results, but they were never discussed. No adjustments were made to my treatment, and it didn't seem to impact my care at all. Most sessions consisted of me doing exercises on my own with little to no supervision. When there was oversight, it was usually from a student or aide--not a licensed PT. My pain levels were largely ignored, and I was repeatedly told to continue the same routine. I believe physical therapy can be helpful, but this experience felt impersonal and ineffective. I was essentially paying $428 per visit to do exercises I could have done at home. It felt more like a high-volume operation focused on moving patients through quickly rather than providing individualized care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Oaks Physical Therapy. read more

I did not have the best experience here. Brittany my therapist was good in the beginning but sent me to a practicing intern who worked on me and reinjured my knee (torn ACL). I have not been the same for 2 weeks now. I cannot recommend this location. read more

This place is wonderful! They have worked with my husband on several issues and they work him out, but it's all in the name of recovery. Their staff is the best! The new location is great, and so much more convenient! Highly recommend visiting them for your next physical therapy session! read more

This is the worst physical therapy place I have ever been to staff is too young naïve don't know their business don't pay attention to their clients staff on the other hand is rude over charges for things that they don't even do absolute worst if you want a good physical therapist please go to TMI sports medicine they do all the Rangers these people are the worst physical therapist in the business sorry to say I had a very poor experience they did not listen to me they did things that hurt me this is not my first rodeo I have been through this all before and had good experiences please watch everything they do and pay attention to what they bill you for they will try to steal your money read more

I know one star seems harsh but my experience here was horrible. If anything the student staff was the only good part about it. I went with my mom for the first time and she struggles with her English I kept hearing small remarks about the way she spoke English. I as a Hispanic was offended. The student staff hardly ever said anything but they were so friendly compared to anyone else in that building. I know calling someone racist is a bit harsh but that was the only vibe I was getting from that building. My mom didn't want to return saying she felt uncomfortable and not welcomed and I completely agree. For the student staff working there I am sorry you have to be surrounded by those immature "adults" I hope you guys don't end up acting like those employees. read more

I worked with Paige at Green Oaks Physical Therapy to recover from knee pain due to fat pad impingement. Paige and all of the other physical therapists were so great to work with and made sure that I was back to my normal abilities in about 6-8 weeks. They pushed me but always continued to check in to make sure that I wasn't having any pain. They were also very flexible with my schedule so that I wouldn't have to miss too much work. I would definitely go back to Green Oaks Physical Therapy in the future if I needed physical therapy. read more
