Initially we were given a referral to a different realtor from our realtor in Chicago. That individual was not very responsive and the final straw was when he went to an open house for us and never followed up! I knew at that point it was time to find a new realtor and I began researching realtors in Las Vegas. My research led me to Erin who quickly returned my call and and inquired about our needs, likes, wants, areas of interest, etc. Within a few hours we actually had a remote video tour of prospective homes! Needless to say, home shopping remotely offers its challenges and Erin went out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly being very prompt to not only recommend homes as they came on the market, but was very responsive to provide video tours, respond to my stupid questions and arrange live tours when we were in town. I also learned that not only is the market different here, but so are the various processes and procedures. Erin was great explaining these new (to us), processes as well was instrumental in our final negotiations all the way through the closing on of what we now call home. I have owned several homes in my lifetime and typically after closing you never hear from your agent again, that is unless they are hunting for referrals or asking if you want to sell your home. I can tell you, that is NOT how Erin roles! She followed up several times post closing to make sure all was well and to see if there was anything we needed. In summary, out of all the real estate agents I have dealt with, Erin is #1 by far! If the time comes that we are ready for our next home I won't even hesitate to call Erin, as far as I am concerned she truly is the best in the business!!!
