At no point, were we told that she would need so much assistance until 7AM this morning. This is the second bad experience with Rothman. Her shoulder surgery, the nerve block effected her diaphragm. She had to stay. I was told to bring her medication from home. Excuse me!!! Rothman is a surgical mill. It feels intentional that my sister was mislead. Especially when the dr said the surgery wouldn't help her back pain since most of it was arthritis. Communication is key and Rothman failed.

This place has been extremely disappointing…read more Waiting 30 minutes to an hour in the lobby seems to be the norm here, which is frustrating enough--but then you only see the doctor for about 5 minutes. Despite that, the billing reflects much longer visit times, resulting in extremely high charges for what feels like minimal care. I've seen three different doctors here, hoping for better results, but my condition has not improved at all. It feels like a revolving door with no real solutions. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, expensive, and ineffective. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for attentive or meaningful care.
