They were trying to close up for the day but the guys in the shop were SO NICE and helped me (checked my lugnuts/ Walmart's work) anyway I decided then and there that they would have my business next time I needed services. So I went in for an oil change and brake inspection due to heavy summer driving/ vacations in and out of CO sketchy mountain passes. Charlie was sympathetic to my past horrible experiences w Walmart and J.M. TIRE INC here in Trinidad that he personally checked out my brakes. Reported ALL CLEAR for now and that my brakes are safe and the oil change was done in roughly 20 minutes. BigO knows what customer service is all about.
