    Do you replace strutsbepciq-4medby-fExjad?

We do not do struts. For that we recommend H&H Tire or Car Pros/Muffler Masters.

Upon arriving at the dealership we had found that another family had just drove in off the street to look at the same vehicle. At this time we were informed that they knew we were coming but the other folks were there first so we would have to wait. We waited for one and one half hour only to realize that neither of the salesmen had the common courtesy to inform us that they were going to sell the vehicle to the other family. As a footnote if you are looking to buy a vehicle I would urge you to look else where as to avoid inconsiderate, discourteous, lack of service.

QUALITY LACKING…read more Here's the whole story, or you can skip to the end for the bottom line. The tale begins with a phone call. "Yes, the vehicles are still available. No, given our location its a waste of time to take the cars to your own mechanic for inspection. If you like the car, buy it. As long as you pay asking price, we'll do a full refund if your mechanic finds anything within twenty-four hours." With the intent of getting that in writing, my wife and I traveled to Peyton from Colorado Springs to check out a couple cars we'd found online. We have a limited cash budget after recently welcoming our first child and are working hard to get out of debt. We're not scared by high miles or minor repairs, and are only looking for something a step or two above a hooptie until our finances improve. High Plains Auto Brokers is a small building in the middle of nowhere right next to a saloon. My wife was leery as we pulled up, but I assured her this could be the 'rough' we find our diamond in. Jim, who I'd spoken to over the phone, was outside to greet us. As we began to talk, I couldn't help but like him. He has a very joyous smile, kind eyes, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. My wife began to relax almost immediately. After seeing the cars and doing a test drive, we were sold on one of them, and ready to buy! The car we liked wasn't perfect aesthetically, but drove wonderfully! During the brief time on the road we noticed a few issues: 2,000 miles more on the car than advertised, bald tires, headlight not working, ac not working, and the oil change sticker was almost 8,000 miles overdue! These things might turn off many buyers, but I saw opportunity. Jim had already assured us they weren't a regular car dealer, and that prices "aren't set in stone like at a Carmax." When we began to talk, I was shocked to learn Jim was unaware of the woefully overdue oil sticker, and the bum headlight. When asked about the AC he said "Oh yeah I forgot! It works! Let me show you." He then proceeded to shove himself under the dash by the pedals and mess with some wiring. Sure enough, cold AC began to blow. "Have to fiddle with it sometimes," Jim said, "but she's a good car! You have to expect to do some repairs when you buy a used vehicle." The conversation moved to money, revealing another thing Jim was unaware of: their asking price. Apparently some other guy set the dollar amount and posted the ad online. He wasn't happy about it, but would give us that price. Thing is, I had done my research, and knew the KBB fair dealership price. To his credit, his accidental asking price was within the range. However, it was at the very top end, and the vehicle wasn't in 'excellent' condition (needing no work whatsoever). By KBB's definition it was somewhere between 'good' and 'fair' (their two lowest ratings). I made a cash offer equal to 'good' condition, and mentioned how the car not only needed work, but had been on the lot for a while. Jim said it'd only been there three weeks. I knew the car had AT LEAST been sitting on the lot for over a month (Craigslist begins deleting old posts after they sit on the site for too long, so there's no way to know for sure). He responded "The car can sit there for a year. It won't change anything." Wow. Ok. Seemed a bit rude, but I brushed it off. "Ok Jim, what price would you be willing to let it go out the door for?" I offered a 'very good condition' cash price (above what its worth). He said given his "low" asking price, there wasn't much moving he could do for us. Two hundred dollars off for tires, and that was it. Plus tax. "If its not in your price range..." and he shrugged. Gone was the nice, likeable, blue-collar man we'd met. And so were we. GONE. Gone home with a sour taste from the whole experience. The man's within his rights to sell vehicles at whatever price he wants. He needs to make a living after all. However, why claim to be flexible on price and then not be? Why lie about how long a vehicle has been on the lot? Is a professional really oblivious to the most basic details any high school shop inspection would catch? What about his own advertised prices??? PS- Later that night I got on the computer and the advertised price for the car we wanted had gone up. Its now way above the KBB fair price range. Glad he got that fixed. B O T T O M L I N E : A mismanaged business that expects top dollar for mediocre vehicles. Cars not thoroughly inspected, undisclosed jimmy-rigged fixes, poor communication between staff, and an overworked salesman who doesn't know the details of his products (I'm giving Jim the benefit of the doubt here and assuming he's not dishonest). Needless to say, I'm completely disappointed with my experience, and sad we couldn't get a deal done. Given everything that happened, its probably for the best.

They never asked for my name, credit card, phone number. They just asked me to text them the address. I did so with no response. After waiting 90 min, twice the time they said, I texted and asked for an ETA with no response. After waiting 2 hours, I called and the same guy answered and said I'm sorry, let me check with him to see when he will be there and I will call you right back. Still didn't ask for a number. After 30 min of waiting for a call back I called agaim but no answer. At the 3 hour mark, I called another company who had multiple drivers available and they got one on the way while they took all my info down. They were very professional. I tried calling MNS back 3 times to tell them to cancel but they would not answer. They finally replied to my google review claiming it must have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding. How is not responding to texts, not calling back when you say you will, not answering not once but 5 times a misunderstanding or miscommunication???? Its horrible business practices is what it is. If you commit to the job, you do the job or you call back and explain. Sorry but there was absolutely NO excuse for saying you are coming and then never showing up and not calling, responding to text or answering the phone. And if something did happen, then you call and apologize at the first opportunity. I would get out and push my vehicle before ever calling this service again!
