And thank goodness I took photos of the chair when I dropped it off at the warehouse showing the fabric was in perfect condition, no marks or stains. At pickup, the chair was covered in glue and black oil stains. The owner refused to fix it. I tried to take him some material. I tried to talk to him and recorded our conversations. He was rude and told me to sue him since he is retiring at the end of the year and closing. He got in my face and then slammed a door, hitting me because I wouldn't leave and kept asking him to work with me, knowing if I left, that chair was on me. Then, he got his keys and tried to leave and screamed he would back into my truck if I didn't move it out of the way. He was erratic. We finally left and took the chair. I have a damaged chair now that is badly stained all over and has dried glue in the fabric. My proof doesn't seem to matter and he could care less. This is a family heirloom. Please don't let this happen to you.
