I have been going to Dr. Keith for over a year now. I was so nervous about going to a chiropractor…read morebecause I just didn't know enough about it. My back pain was so severe and i was reluctant to just throw medications at it. Dr. Keith put me at ease and I have not had any further issues with back pain with my regular follow ups I have so much confidence and faith in him, that I have started bringing my daughter. Chiropractor medicine has done more than treat my back pain, I feel it has also helped regulate my nervous system. I amazed at how great I feel after a treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Keith!

After almost 3 years of chronic pain that not only woke me every night, but also forced me to give up physical activities I loved, I am almost pain free. I had been to back doctors, through several courses of PT, and nothing was giving me relief. Matt met me for the first time, saw immediately what was wrong, and began treatment that is finally helping. I have also begun his recommended ice and stretching routine that should keep me better for years to come! A huge debt of gratitude to Matt Smith Chiropractic. I highly recommend their care and very professional approach.

Not to mention air travel and long road trips. While I currently reside out of state, everytime I visit family in Albany and Glens Falls, the first person I call is Dr. Bryan. He usually knows I am coming into town before anyone else. I simply can't speak high enough of him and his wife and how much attention they provide their clients and how much compassion they have for their professions. I have and do go to other chiropractor where I live but none are as good as Dr. Bryan. I always say if I ever win the lottery, it won't be a expensive car or house I am going to buy, I would pay Dr. Bryan to be my personal chiropractor on call. I always find mental clarity and feel refreshed, renewed and reborn when I leave. If you are new to the area, a snow bird or just passing through and trying to find some relief, Dr. Bryan is simply amazing. He's within the top 1 percent of his profession and is really reasonable to check out. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Sleepless nights because of neck and back pain are stressful in so many ways, and not just for one's self. The professionalism of the practitioners (known colloquially as Dr.'s J, D, and Q) is exemplary, as they explain the how's and why's of the effects of alignment on the body's health. The office itself is small, with the adjustment tables being separated from the waiting area (sporting the usual array of magazines for the adults, and a good-sized play area with plenty to keep even the most distracted child entertained) by a half wall and a fish tank. An automated system allows for a quick swipe with a key fob or card for check-in at both the front desk and the adjustment tables. They offer affordable care plans with different payment options, and, depending on which payment periodicity you choose, various discounts. I went in today feeling congested. A quick adjustment of the ears (who'd'a thunk you could adjust EARS, of all things!) and I was immediately able to breathe out of my nose once more. Amazing! Go. You'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel, even if you didn't know you were feeling bad!

The first visit was a group consultation, where Dr. J went over their philosophy and their methodology. The goal was to help us understand the importance of chiropractic care. The second visit was an information gathering session. Dr. J went over my health history and used a spinal scan to pick up areas of nervous system stress. Because of my history, I also got an x-ray as well. On the third visit, Dr. J went over his findings, first making sure I understood "normal" spine alignment and neurological activity. My results weren't so awesome, but I've had back pain for a while now. Dr. J didn't present any of the results as being "scary". Everything he explained seems resolvable as long as I put the time and effort into it. After that I had my first adjustment. I will be going to the Guilderland location from now on because I live in Albany, and the drive to Ballston Spa is a haul, but I would absolutely recommend the Ballston Spa location to anybody in the area.

Some of which never called me back. I explained my situation and that I was from out of town & in pain. They fit me into their schedule within a few hours!!! Every staff member was friendly, helpful & concerned for my wellbeing. They treated me as if I had been one of their patients for years. Dr. Ellen Nichols took her time with me & corrected the reason for my pain. She even remembered me from when I regularly visited another chiropractor 15 years ago when I lived in Queensbury. The office accommodated me with another appointment the following day. I received the same great treatment the next day(from every staff member). As I was leaving Dr. Nichols gave me her cell phone number & told me she would come in at 7:00am to adjust me again before I got on the road to return to my home, which would be on Saturday......The office is closed on Saturday. Thank you so very much Tackett Chiropratic for taking such good care of me.
