He usually knows I am coming into town before anyone else. Just gives you the bum's rush -- you're in and out of there in 10 minutes (not counting the wait time). At my last appointment, he treated the wrong side; when I pointed it out to him he said that I'd never specified which side (which I had, verbally and on the intake forms), and then said "Oh well, I'll treat the right side next time" and ended the session, and charged for it! The office staff seems disorganized as well; one time they even scheduled me with the wrong chiropractor by mistake.
