They installed my furnace and AC in 2021 and the units already stopped working. I think what happens is Ben hires a bunch of untrained individuals to do the installations for him and he takes a cut. Yikes! Don't use them. read more

Great service and fair prices. My very old condo air conditioner went out and i called BenLi. The technician came over right away, assessed the issue and ordered the motor and replaced it a day later. He was professional and courteous and repaired it in an hour. My building maintenance guy said I would have to replace the whole unit which costs thousands of dollars. BenLi repaired it for far less than that. Courteous, professional, and competent with fair pricing. I highly doubt BenLi. read more

They arrived on time, worked straight through except for a brief stop for lunch and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Everything is working well. CONSUMER BEWARE! The good is that the technician will come on time and will take their shoes off while in the home. However, the technician took two days on the job. Quoted me $350, then tried to charge over $700 without discussing any changes in price. I only paid the agreed upon $350 after a lengthy discussion with the owner. Only to realize that it was a band-aid fix and the unit was again inoperable less than 24-hours later! I called the owner and he said he would send someone out but they would charge me for the work and any parts. This business does not stand behind their work and will charge you a ridiculous amount of money to not do the job correctly! read more

Ben Le is a small Mechanical contractor, had conversation with he likes it that way to keep the quality of his work top notch. My furnace went out at 8pm Friday, gave him a call. Told him the the air was blowing, I could smell the gas, but the igniter was not working. He gave me a estimate price. He told me he would be there the next from 10-11am. He came at 1000am, fixed everything told gave me a diagnostic and cleaned the furnace for me. Told me the condition of HVAC his non bias recommendation if I am staying in the house long term. They installed my AC units at a really fair price. However, the unit was not providing cold air after 2 years. I had a really hard time reaching them and got to talk to them only after several calls (they wouldn't call back). The technician was not able to find any leaks so all he did was refilling the freon. The same game happened for another 2 years. This year, I gave up and called a different company. They identified the issue within 10 min (freon was leaking within the coil). Unfortunately, the 5 year warranty ran out by 3 months. Had BenLe diagnosed the problem correctly from the beginning, I would not have to pay for a new unit :( read more

I would highly recommend Benle to anyone needing repairs or service done on their unit. He came out on a Sunday evening to fix our AC that had stopped running. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within 30 our AC was up and running. He also dealt with my home warranty company to make sure we are reimbursed for the work he did. I rarely post reviews. But when you receive amazing service like I did from BenLe Heating & Air, the quiet must speak. I can't recommend Owner Ben Le and his company more. 5 stars honestly is NOT enough. First, let's talk about price. Prior to speaking with Ben, I got quotes from 4 other companies and the quotes varied significantly. I was lost. Then I called Ben. Ben cleared everything up. He explained why the cheapest quote was so cheap; that particular company conveniently left out replacing the furnace, in an effort to offer a competitive quote without really replacing my full unit. He also explained why a pricier quote appeared so pricy; that firm tried to charge me $250 for a thermostat. I instantly felt comfortable with him because of his honesty. On top of his real talk candor, I called him around 4th of July weekend not expecting him to live up to his "24/7 availability" but he picked up right away, and scheduled to come the very next morning on a Sunday. Who comes on a Sunday morning?!?! Second, let's talk about execution. Ben arrived on time. He greeted me with a huge smile. Then he immediately went to work. He knew my family had been suffering for days without proper AC on the second floor, so he didn't waste a single second. While they did get to work right away, I never felt Ben and his assistant rushed the job. They laid out tarp to keep my carpets clean. They moved the new AC pieces slowly up my stairs and through to my attic, so as to not damage any of my walls. And the job ultimately took from 8AM until 2PM (a 6 hour job), even though he initially told me it would take 4 hours; I could tell he was more interested in getting it done right than getting it done fast. By 2PM, my new AC unit was humming along and the second floor went from a blistering 90-degrees to start ticking down to the high 80s within an hour. And as of now, 6 hours later (currently 8PM), we're back down to 72 degrees, like our family likes it. Finally, I must add that Ben really did me a solid by sending me text updates throughout the installation (as I was at work all day and couldn't be home with my wife, who was working from home so wasn't really involved in the whole process). He really went above and beyond by doing that, especially since I didn't even ask him to. HIGHEST OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS GUY!!!!! GO BOOK HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!! read more
