I've had them scan swatch chips with worse match results than other BM stores. I've also walked in the store, was the only one there and the clerk with the accent sat behind the counter looking at his phone, ignoring me while I was standing right in front of him --and finally responded with a smart aleck comment. I went from white to cream color and have to coat each wall 3 times!! When I complained about it to the owner he said I wasn't stirring the paint enough and that I should bring each bucket back to have them shake them every time I was going to use the paint.. unheard of!! I'm stirring the paint with a drill stir and that should be enough. They sell cheap but as the saying goes.. lo barato sale carro!! Oh yeah and they also told me that the paint is Sherwin Williams paint with their own label on it because Shewin Williams doesn't let them sell it with their label.. typical Hialeah BS!!
