Our party was in the Trellis Room and the aesthetic is so cute! It's designed to look like a garden and is very spacious. This room can seat about 20/30 people and there is a separate little room for kids or people who don't want to be in the Karaoke mix hehe. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on either the final product or how my concerns were handled afterward. We booked this specifically to capture beautiful family photos from our Hawaii trip. When I received the gallery, I was extremely disappointed. There were very few family shots, and several of the ones delivered had distracting issues that I was shocked made it into a "final" professional gallery. In multiple photos my hair is literally sticking straight up from the wind, along with harsh glare/shine and other details that made otherwise potentially beautiful photos unusable to me. I reached out politely and asked whether they could do a more polished editing pass on a handful of the strongest family images. I wasn't asking them to redo the entire gallery or dramatically alter anyone's appearance. Their response was essentially that wind, glare and hair movement are part of outdoor photography, the gallery was final, and additional retouching could potentially be discussed for an additional fee. What bothered me most was the complete lack of effort to find a reasonable solution after I repeatedly explained how disappointed I was. Not even a handful of photos were offered to be touched up as a courtesy. Instead, every response focused on defending the work and pointing back to their agreement. I also wish there had been more independent reviews available when I booked. I found them primarily through Instagram and relied heavily on the images used to advertise their work. The quality of the gallery I received was simply not representative of what I believed I was booking based on that portfolio. I understand that photography is subjective and that outdoor conditions aren't completely controllable. But how a business responds when a paying customer is genuinely unhappy is controllable. Based on both the final photos and the customer service afterward, I would not book with them again or recommend them to another family.

I booked a session with Dee specifically cause his photos looked more family style than Kristina ( her photos for selfies of her and solo pictures of people) . We communicated over instagram and planned for a family photo shoot for a specific date and time (6pm) the golden hour to get the beautiful Hawaiian sunset captured. A couple hours before the shoot Kristina messaged me saying "Change of plans, I will be taking your photos and we will meet and 4pm Instead" excuse me? I specifically asked for Dee and not Kristina to take our photos and we requested 6pm to get the golden hour shot. Then Kristina responds and says Dee can't make it and let's reschedule for next week. I tell her we're here on vacation and won't be here next week. Then she says he can't bare weight on his foot which that was never mentioned when they first canceled everything. Then we asked is he available tomorrow? She says oh yes he's available tomorrow. (Does not mention anything about his leg and not being able to bare weight the following day) . I was so upset and started crying and did not want these people to take my family photos and did not trust them showing up a day before we had to fly back home. They are very unprofessional and will cancel on you if they get a better gig (what we think happened) We only wanted a 45 min shoot and figured someone else booked them for the "golden hour" for a longer time slot and that's why they canceled on us last second. We had to change all our plans, spent hours trying to find a last minute photographer that wasn't going to charge us an unreasonable amount knowing we were desperate to find someone last second. At the end it all worked out found a way better photographer, saved over $100 dollars and booked the shoot for 1 hr instead of 45 min. Please don't hire these people. They don't even make you sign a contract so they can cancel on you anytime. Oh ya and they blocked me so I couldn't write any bad comments on their page. I met with them at a local Starbucks to get the ball rolling and they discussed everything that they needed from me (color schemes, etc.) and about a month before my wedding I received 3 drafts of layout for the photobooth pictures. They arrived at my venue on time, and were SO awesome with the guests and the product was worth every penny. Ever since my wedding, my cousins and sisters have booked them for their events as well.
