They may be punctual but it took over a week to get a phone call after leaving a message. Once we got the quote we asked for a detailed quote showing the cost of parts and labor. That was 4 weeks and 2 emails ago. Today I called the local number and the call center sent me to Florida's BF Plumbing. I would say the best thing is that they came out when they said they would. Upon arrival the gentleman gave me a price to move a line that was totally crazy. I told him so and he said he didn't make the prices. I have since had another plumber in and the work was done for about 50% less than quoted by Ben Franklin. Caveat Emptor! Our well had been having so much trouble for awhile we tried patch work to keep it working and every time it stopped they came out same day to work on it. Terrible service and totally incompetent. Scheduled a plumbing inspection 2 weeks, ago, calling daily to follow up. Each time I call they can't locate the service request, then I'm transferred to Theresa who tells me it will be done that day and she will call me right back. As of today this has been going on for 2 weeks. Now I'm told they haven't been out and are busy. Theresa is the person I've been talking to and she has not once called me back when she said she would or actually scheduled the work as promised. They've wasted 2 weeks of my time due to their laziness and dishonesty. Do not call these people. read more
