He had many people in need of his services yet In the cold rain he showed up before dark and spent hours trying to get through the roots. His drain router got stuck but he never gave up. He got it unstuck and the drain open enough to temporarily work until we replaced it after the storm. I'm not going to tell you what he charged us because it was too honest and it was obvious Charlie doesn't have it in him to gouge people in need. That's highly the exception among contractors. We will never use anyone else as long as he is still working.

He took my iPhone and made sure I was on the page where I could leave those 5 stars. After he left, I used the toilet. It wouldn't flush. He was still on my street and I got him to return. He apparently corrected his mistake. For now the toilet flushes. But a few hours later I walked into the bathroom and the floor was flooded. I called the company's 24-hour" service. The AI "attendant" said they would try to fit me in Monday. Be careful before you expect this company to meet their promises and your expectations. Beware. Just look at what they advertise. The guy they sent to my house was intent on generating additional services, but incompetent to perform services for which he was hired and for which I paid.

Horrible experience with this company. I am handicapped and not able to get into the crawl space…read moreto see my water heater. I had no hot water. On the first visit a heating element & pressure release valve were replaced. Two days later no hot water. On second visit the tech replaced 2 heating elements and 2 thermostats. Two days later no hot water. At the third visit the tech informed me that there was a leak at the top of the tank & the water heater needed to be replaced. Meanwhile I had paid for two service calls that did not fix the problem. When a friend later viewed it for me he was surprised that any service tech would have done anything to try to repair it without advising me to replace it instead. The heater is obviously quite old, heavily rusted at top and bottom, leaking at the top (none of this mentioned by the first two tech visits). And the final straw was their quote to replace the heater - $250 more than than 3 other companies that gave me quotes.
