He had many people in need of his services yet In the cold rain he showed up before dark and spent hours trying to get through the roots. His drain router got stuck but he never gave up. He got it unstuck and the drain open enough to temporarily work until we replaced it after the storm. I'm not going to tell you what he charged us because it was too honest and it was obvious Charlie doesn't have it in him to gouge people in need. That's highly the exception among contractors.
