Where do I begin. 9 years ago, after doing research we walked through the doors of Benham Ortho. Now, that location has changed but everything else has remained the same. My husband was 25 at the time, and I've been with my husband since we were 15. He hated smiling. He was very insecure. His dream was to have his teeth straightened to where he could smile again. He picked careers that didn't need much interaction with people. While going through treatment, we were always treated like family. I remember coming with my husband to appointments and wishing I worked here. Dr. Benham and his team were always there. Even if a bracket popped off he had an assistant that was willing to meet him at the other location on his lunch break just to help out. They changed my husbands life. Fixing his teeth gave him the confidence to quit his job and apply and change job careers. I saw my husband making friends and even WANTED to take photos with me. Dr Benham changed my husbands life. We moved out of state for a while and I never stopped thinking of this office. In fact, I was given a chance to work at a start up orthodontics practice. I fell in love with ortho because of Dr. Benham and his team and what they did for my husband. I am still blessed to work at my job but I work remotely now and are back in Texas. We have a 7 year old son that we recently brought back to Benham Ortho. It was so crazy to be back in this office and see some familiar faces.. it was like being back with family. I love that they are going to be there every step of the way for our son Julian. He has had some traumatic dental experience and although they were very busy.. Dr. Benham noticed how scared and nervous Julian was. He stayed in the consult just to calm Julian down and explain to him everything and how things work and how they promise they will take good care of him. Working in ortho, I know how busy the clinic can get and how it can get backed up. Not once did his team seemed stressed or behind and I'm thankful they took the time with us. We look forward to coming back next week and getting an appliance put in for my son. Thank you for welcoming us back with open arms and for changing my husbands life. I am forever grateful to you all. Photos are the first day in braces and then 6 months into treatment with extractions. Other photo is 1 year into braces. Other photos are showing how happy he is to smile!! read more

We were highly recommended to Dr. Benham over 10 years when my oldest needed an extensive plan for her teeth because of an underdeveloped chin. Dr Benham and his entire staff worked miracles. Both my girls and myself have had treatment plans and our smile is bigger than life thanks to Dr Benham. We appreciate all that he and his entire staff stand for. Go see Dr B! I just wanted to get on here and let everyone know how caring and dedicated Dr. Benham is to his patients. This COVID-19 crisis has definitely put a strain in all of our lives. My son was in such agony with a wire poke the first week of quarantine. His braces had a thick wire so it wasn't something I can easily cut or cover with wax. Dr. Benham called me and talked me thru step by step with cutting this thick wire with wire clippers. We sanitized everything per his instructions, and I am sure he could tell how scared I was but he remained calm and helped me remain calm so my son doesn't flip out like I don't know what I'm doing. It was a success! Dr. Benham is truly a great Orthodontist! He even stayed on to see how we are doing thru quarantine and how things have been on his side. I'm just really happy we have such an amazing Orthodontist like him. HE ACTUALLY CARES! read more

Upon removing my daughters braces, one of her teeth was grey and roots dead. She needs a root canal and beyond... there are countless medical articles on over aggressive orthodontists and how it can lead to dead roots. All he offered in return, "sorry" and a bag a candy. He may have a bunch of positive reviews but ask yourself - is a 1 out of 70 chance worth your money and more importantly your child's happiness? There are plenty of other better orthodontists - this guy is an over educated soldering iron handler at best. read more

If you want an orthodontist that is good with kids, you need look no further! Doctor Benham straightened my son's teeth out in less than a year. The day he got his braces off he also had a loose tooth that was ready to be pulled. My son was VERY reluctant but after much persuasion, he let doctor Benham pull it. My son was absolutely amazed that he did not feel a thing. The office staff is wonderful and is very accommodating with scheduling appointments. So glad I found Benham Orthodontics for my son. read more

Every interaction we've had with Dr. Benham and his staff has been AWESOME. The consult/observation stage lasted a few years for my daughter. At each appointment, Dr. Benham took the time to examine her mouth, and when it is was truly TIME for braces, she received them. Initially, his finance manager walked us through payment options and the insurance process very efficiently. The front office staff always greeted us with great enthusiasm upon arrival. His assistants took care to explain what they were doing during the check ups and exams. Finally, Dr. Benham himself models behaviors that his staff follows. The entire team made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and my daughter's smile is gorgeous! If outstanding care and caring people matter to you, Benham Orthodontics is the place for your family's orthodontic needs! read more
