Staff very good, pleasant and approachable, such a pity that the dealership is let down by Ford UK. I had the misfortune of ordering a Ford Galaxy just about the time Ford UK decided to change the specifications on it. I was assured that as I ordered it in November for delivery in March that I would have the new spec delivered. Guess what, it did not happen. I queried it with Benfield who tried their best to resolve it and what they found was that my production date had been brought forward 17 days so that the new spec did not have to be supplied.
Two days after my car was produced Ford UK changed the specs, when asked if they could supply the equipment missing, Ford UK said, sure that £190 please. Ford UK customer services should be closed down as they are more than useless and are not interested in resolving any problems once they have your money. Whilst I cannot criticise the staff at Benfield I will not return to them or any other Ford dealership because of the slapdash way I was treated by Ford UK in order to save a multi million pound organisation a few pennies. read more
