Best decision I have made for my skin yet. I went to the Cookeville office and although I did see a PA, I was not disappointed. Ms. Rotolo was very thorough. Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was an angel, kindly assisting me with paperwork, which was quite lengthy, but I understand the necessity. They have a beautiful cosmetic set up as well, with a specialist to speak with regarding products, facials, laser and such. This is one medical office I will be looking forward to going back to.

Amazing amazing amazing! Will not go anywhere else!…read more Recently moved to Cookeville and have been trying out a few places for my new "nail spot". Well I definitely just found it! FYI, Sunday's are walk in's only so if you want to get your nails done without a wait I recommend getting there at 12pm on the dot. I got there at 12:07pm and there were already three ladies having their nails done and one woman waiting. This is not a complaint at all, in fact it shows just how many people love this place seeing as how there was a line out the door practically of people wanting their nails done here. They offer to call you when it's almost your turn so you can grab lunch or shop in the mean time. I did not mind my wait at all, the space is lovely and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Ken was my nail technician and he was WONDERFUL! So fun to talk to and very friendly! He asked me several times throughout the process if I was happy with how my nails were turning out and if there was anything specific I wanted him to work on just to let him know. I was torn between matte finish and a shiny top coat and he let me try out both to see which I liked best. He also said if anything happens within the first few days to come back in and he'll take care of it. I have zero complaints and a million praises! Will certainly be returning and highly recommend :)

This was the best decision I ever made. After reading the reviews, I requested to have Cherry do my nails. She was friendly, efficient, and did such a remarkable job. Not to mention we had something in common, she once lived in Hawaii. My pedicure was done by John. JOHN was PHENOMENAL!! I had the Volcano Pedicure with (Pohaku) rocks and it was amazing! Probably one of the best I ever had and I highly recommend it. It is so relaxing and John made me feel very comfortable as we both talked and shared about our families. His massage is incredible and I wish I had paid more for a longer massage. The reason I say this is because I have had some injuries and broken bones before and this is the first time I felt some relief. It was so good that I told Cherry that I wanted to take them home with me. If any one decides not to go here, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! MAHALO CHERRY & JOHN!!!

The woman that did them, Kendra, applied too much adhesive to my natural eyelashes. Soon after that, my real eyelashes fell out because the false lashes were too heavy with the glue.
